Keqing sighed, "You know, we probably could have used the time to get back with the others, but I think it's too late now." She said as she saw the rubble of rocks starting to move."
Metarika emerged and panted.
"Are you sure this will work?" Keqing asked nervously as she watched Kitayuu get ready.
"Yes, I'm certain. Just trust me on this one!"
-OST STARTS-
Everyone scattered once Metarika unleashed a barrage of sharp steel projectiles.
Keqing engaged first with a close-up flash bang which was followed up with wind blades from Raiden straight after from behind. Metarika carelessly spun around and tried grabbing Raiden without his sight, but was instead met with a bubble that Kitayuu used in combination with anemo that rotated like a shurikan to slice open his palm.
Metarika armored up and planned to remain defensive once his vision was back, but Keqing and Kitayuu were both ready to launch streams of lightning at the metallic protection. Raiden remained above and swirled the electro energy to enhance its effects.
With one mighty scream, Metarika launched large sharp spikes from his body in all directions. Raiden managed to deflect them and Kitayuu used a geo wall to shield himself, but Keqing was caught on the shoulder and in a split second her blood transformed into sharp razors.
Metarika leaned forward at Keqing's direction, but before he was able to do anything, two large boulders came from either side and crushed him in the middle. Kitayuu tried his hardest to keep them in place whilst Raiden continuously threw wind blades from behind.
As Raiden's attacks approached, Metarika attempted to armor up his back side, but was quickly stopped by Keqing's blasts, leaving his back open to get bombarded by wind blades.
"Yes! Keep doing that!" Kitayuu said as he struggled.
Keqing waited on standby with a powerful electro blast remembering what Kitayuu told her to do.
-FLASHBACK-
Kitayuu; "To put everything in short, the plan is to simply immobilize him and have Raiden fire attacks continuously without breaking the rocks I'll hold him together with. Keqing, if he tries anything funny with his metal to defend himself, be ready to make him regret it."
-FLASHBACK ENDS-
Despite exerting massive amounts of energy and feeling exhausted. Kitayuu and Raiden continued to do their job. Despite his high resistance and durability, Metarika's back was now bleeding intensely.
Raiden; "Just give up already, asshole. The more you resist, the more I get to enjoy giving you hell!"
When it looked like Metarika was about to succumb, something happened that no one could expect.
Barbed chains shot out of his back and two of them managed to hook onto Raiden's limbs. Raiden tried to cut them, but got pulled in before he could do so.
Keqing nearly fired her attack but hesitated, realizing the situation. "Shit! Kitayuu, I can't do anything with those two linked by a conductor unless you wanna hurt Raiden!'
Kitayuu immediately dropped the boulders and charged in, "As much as I would like to see that happen. Now is not the time."
Kitayuu quickly intercepted them, breaking the chains. After that, he launched a combination of hydro and cryo at Metarika's eyes, freezing them shut. Whilst preparing for the next attack, Kitayuu felt a sharp pain run through his body as he tried doing another combination of two different elements.
