Taylor
I go back to Cameron's house. We're both really tired. And it's really late.
"Here," Cameron says. "You can take the bed. I'll take the floor."
I nod, and lay down on his bed. It's really comfortable. I slowly drift off to sleep.
I wake up in the middle of the night. I blink a few times for my eyes to adjust. Cameron's not on the floor any more. I look over my shoulder. He's sleeping next to me.
"Sorry, did I wake you?" He says.
"No. You didn't." I say.
"Sorry, it's just that the bed is way more comfortable than the ground. You can go back to sleep."
I lay on my side with my back facing toward him. He wraps his hands under my waist, and clasps his hands together. Then, he pushes me up closer to him.
I feel safe. I feel secure. I feel comfortable.
"What the..." Someone says. I open my eyes. Aubrey is standing in the doorway.
"Um. Aubrey. Hey." Cameron says scrambling to his feet.
"What were you guys doing?" Aubrey says. They both exit the room.
Cameron comes back in a few minutes later.
"Sorry." He says.
"It's fine. I should probably get going." I say.
He nods.
"I have to get dressed." He doesn't do anything. "Can you turn around?" He nods and turns around. "No peaking." I get dressed. Then Cameron drives me home.
