Chapter 106

Ultra looked at them, giving a slight look of uncertainty and of something else which they'd not seen in a long time, of fear.

"I believe, I can do it. I know I can." Brick said, turning to Ultra.

"That behind you... Who are they?" Ultra said.

"Brick, focus! You have to do it. You have to win, come on! I know you can!" Bircke said, before fading away.

"Someone from elsewhere." Brick said.

"No... I don't believe you. I think- I THINK YOU'RE A GOOD FOR NOTHING LIAR!" Ultra pulls out the sword and the sword tries to attack Brick, "THE SWORD WILL KILL YOU NOW!" Ultra screamed, spit going everywhere as he screamed.

The sword tosses itself as if it had its own mind right at Brick. Brick prepares, putting out his hands in front of himself and crossing them. The sword is goes straight towards his head, but he manages to catch the sword just in time. Ultra looked surprised, stepping back as he had caught the sword, "The sword is cutting through time and space just to reach me. And reality itself is trying to kill me. But- it doesn't matter now does it? Because I won't die. And you know why I won't die." Brick said.

"You should be dead... You have to die!" Ultra threw out another sword, and more and more of them launch at Brick. But he believes, and the swords all stop like a small field within a few inches from him. Hundreds of blades all pointed at hi from all sides, unable to touch him no matter how hard they tried due to this mystical barrier around himself.

"I should be dead. But it won't be allowed." Brick said.

Ultra turned towards the others that all watched, his family and friends all there, "Fine. Than I guess I'll take them down!" Ultra launches one of the sword, but the sword instantly shattered and Brick launched himself at Ultra, kicking Ultra in the face as all the swords simultaneously shatter.

"That's right dad!" Brice yelled out.

"Come on! You can do this!" Christina began cheering. And soon the rest of them too began to cheer.

"You just admitted you can't kill me. So, you focus on going after other's lives rather than on the fight directly ahead of you. Haven't you been doing that your whole life? Surely you know what I'm talking about, you're trying to avoid it. You're trying to destroy it, but no matter what you do it will never be destroyed."

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" Ultra lashes out, swiping at Brick and he backs away.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about! And now it's caught up with you! Ultra, you know it has!"

"Everything I do is to ensure one thing. My satisfaction, and this is for the first time... I haven't been satisfied. Yes- I do understand that. I understand that... That you must DIE! DIE YOU PIECE OF FUCKING SHIT!" Ultra again tries to jab at Brick. Brick dodges but he gets a cut across his cheek that bleeds, and Ultra smiles, "Regeneration is off, Brick."

"I see, I don't need it though."

Ultra grunts, "You do. You rely on it.. YOU RELY ON EVERYTHING! YOU'RE WEAK!"

"There you go, now you're getting it. I do rely everything on one thing. As it should be. And yes, I am weak when alone. But I am strong with God as he's beside me!" Brick punches Ultra. Ultra moves back to put space between him and Brick.

"You... You.. just a while ago you wanted to-"

"I know what I wanted to do. But now I deny that, that feeling of revenge. Revenge is not good. It is not good for anybody. I have changed."

"You wretched pitiful thing... You think you've changed‽ DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY YOU'VE KILLED‽" Ultra yelled at Brick, everyone went silent. Ultra than began laughing, "I know what you've done. You've killed many... All of those men you killed, they were just trying to protect their own selves! And you came, and you ripped them to pieces at that city! Or- what about the time you met that family? With the retard and that daughter... You didn't even want to spare them not a single droplet of water. And Marilyn had to give them water. And they DIED! DIED BECAUSE OD YOU! Just like it was in that village as well! The one they picked out of for- what was it again? Right- for killing a man that merely mentioned something. You KILLED an innocent man and hid it from an entire village. And you left that village, you let me slaughter them. And I slaughtered them like animals..."
