Universe (Part 10) (FINALE): Final

Chapter 94

The waves were washing up and down the shore, like a mass cleansing of the sand that didn't want to move. First Zio stepped forward, to unite the foaming water with his hand, it quickly dried up right then and there. His pants were rolled up a bit past his ankles and he stepped further into the water. A piece of seaweed entangled around his body and it's slime is also washed away by the shore, Zio looking up at the large boat they had.

"What do you think?" Brick asked.

"It's magnificent, this is going to be an amazing harvest." He said.

The three of them, Brick, Zio, and Piete all boarded the large boat. The boat was like a pirate ship, it had multiple sails and was fairly large. The planks croaked whenever they'd step on them and the three of them began to set sail off into the ocean. The waves were relatively small but were still noticable, they all sat down as the boat moved in it's collosal mass, "You sure changed a lot Piete, I'm proud of you." Brick said to him.

"I'm glad I changed, y'know that life was rough. I don't even understand why I joined them in the first place anymore... And I thank you for giving me the opportunity to change. You're the only person who's ever done that, anybody else would've just shot me." Piete said.

"Yeah... But that doesn't mean you're off the charts though." Zio said.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt anybody! I understand the caution though." Piete got up and looked over the ship railing. They were now long gone from land, and all they could see was water on end. Piete looked down at the water, as it suddenly began to clear up and the waves suddenly disappeared. He looked and he saw his own reflection, "Goodness, I really look like that?"

"Hey, why's the water so calm now?" Zio asked.

Brick looked around, the water had gone completely calm. There was now silence, the only sounds were form the ship creaking and from the water they was being pushed away by the ship as they moved through. There was an uneasiness whenever there was only silence, "So, anything to break up the silence?" He asked the other two.

"Hey, something's moving in the water!" Piete yelled out, calling to them. And just tens of feet away there was the water moving away from something, creating ripples in the water which didn't grow or shrink in size but it was constant. Than from the water an enormous beast came out. It was a large shark the size of a whale and it had enormous wings which it began to fly out of the water, "It's- it's huge!"

"What is that thing‽" Zio yelled out. They all looked at the beautiful creature in both fear and awe of its majestic features. The creature had fur on it which it dried almost the instant it came out of the water and the creature dives back into the water only poking out it's enormous head and it opens it's mouth. It's mouth was riddled with teeth that were sharper than the sharpest sword into he world and there were hundreds of them all casting into the unending void in its mouth. The teeth inside of it's mouth than began to rotate all at quick speeds, like a blender. The creature than dives headfirst into their ship, completely annihilating the lower part of it and the ship nearly becomes destroyed. They all nearly fall off and the ship rocks back and forth on its side, "I've got the gun!" Zio carried an enormous harpoon gun that shot out of it a giant anchor. He shot it at the creature but the fur instantly once it dried was as stiff as metal, the creature going back into the water and turning around. As it turns it devours the anchor immediately and shredding it within its deathtrap that was it's teeth. The creature than flying into the air with it's massive wings and it shoots down at the ship the shrapnel of the anchor. The shrapnel had been turned into a barrage of sharp knives that all pinned down onto the ship and cut at them. One of the pieces went straight through Brick's finger and tore it off, another piece of the shrapnel goes directly into Zio's hand and it's stuck with both sides of the piece poking out, "Son of a bitch!"
