Ivy hadn't felt hungry or rather hadn't wanted to be around people and decided to skip dinner instead. Davina had reluctantly respected her need for space and allowed her to wander around, alone.

That was hours ago.

Ivy wasn't even sure where she was going but she stayed wandering about the castle, finding corridors that she hadn't seen before. Or, at least, she doesn't recall seeing before. Her head was also beginning to hurt and she mentally scolded Davina for doing her dutch braids too tight.

Twilight stayed by her side, keeping her company. She was a peaceful presence to have around, or she was until she started meowing loudly and running with the expectation of having Ivy follow her. Ivy frowned and wondered if there was any spell that would allow her to actually be able to communicate with her cat.

Ivy furrowed her brows as she hurriedly followed Twilight down some corridors. She was beginning to think something was wrong.

"Ivy!"

The girl was surprised to hear anyone let alone her brother who ran up to her from behind.

"Harry?"

She paused when she looked at him and noticed that he was looking past her. Ron and Hermione ran behind him.

"What are you doing here?" Ron asked, surprised to see her.

Ivy was so confused, "Following Twilight. She led me here, for some reason. What are you guys-"

"Did anyone come past here?" Harry quickly asked. "Did you see or hear anyone?"

She furrowed her brows at him, "No." Twilight meowed louder and Harry followed her around the corner as Ron and Hermione caught up with Ivy and followed her brother. "What going on? Don't tell me I'm being dragged into another one of your Gryffindor adventures."

No one replied and Harry came to a stop, holding out his hand to stop them. They all watched a never-ending line of creepy spiders trail out of a window, coming from who knows where. Twilight attempted to paw at and eat some.

"Twilight, no. Gross!" Ivy complained, Ron pulling a face of disgust from beside her.

"Strange," Harry started. "I've never seen spiders act like that."

"I don't like spiders," Ron stated, fearfully.

Twilight walked past Ivy's foot and her paws splashed in a random puddle of water. Ivy frowned at the puddles reflection, seeing some random red writing.

She pointed at it whilst she tilted head, "Look."

Ron asked, "What's that?" They attempted to get a better look.

Logically, Ivy had glanced up to see it and read out, "The Chamber of Secrets has been opened. Enemies of the heir... Beware."

The other three had looked up too and stared in shock at the red writing.

Hermione pulled a face, "It's written in blood."

Twilight caught their attention as she screeched and meowed and Harry was the first to notice was had bothered her, "Oh, no."

Harry stepped forward as Ivy froze. Hanging on a torch was the petrified body of a familiar, red-eyed cat.

"It's Filch's cat. It's Mrs Norris."

Gryffindor students, along with some Hufflepuffs, were heard as they all walked over, minding their own business until they saw what was happening.

"Twilight," Ivy muttered, slightly bending so that she could catch her cat who ran and jumped straight into her arms.
