Ivy's brows were furrowed as she wrote in her diary, her dark hair down in two loose braids. She was so focused she barely noticed the loud sound of the train passing from beside the room. Twilight let out a small meow as Harry approached his Care for Magical Creatures book.
"Don't open it."
Harry looked up from the book to where she was still writing on the bed, her eyes never looking his way. He ignored her and opened The Monster Book of Monsters, unbuckling it. Four eyes were revealed to Harry as he picked up the book and studied it.
As Ivy knew it would, the book began chomping, tearing up its pages as it attacked Harry. The boy dropped the book to the floor and it followed him. He clambered onto the bed and the book disappeared under it.
"Told you," Ivy sang. "This is why you should always listen to your big sister, Harry."
Harry laid on his stomach to peek under the bed. The book appeared again causing him to sit up with a gasp. As he did so, he shot a look to Ivy, "You're not older than me. I'm the older twin."
She scoffed, "You wish." He lay back, practically on top of Ivy as he undid the laces of his boot. "Ow, what are you doing?" She complained, shoving him.
"Luring it out."
The room shook a bit as another train passed. Ivy watched in amusement as Harry stood on the bed. He dangled his boot before dropping it and as the Monster Book attacked it, Harry jumped down onto it.

"But why do I have to go down? I don't like anyone," Ivy quietly complained as they stepped out of the room.
"Do you ever not complain?" Harry asked from in front of her.
"Says you."
They both paused as Scabbers ran past them, a big cat chasing it. Twilight jumped out of Ivy's arms and joined the chase.
As the twins walked into the main room, Ron's voice echoed from downstairs.
"I'm warning you, Hermione! Keep that bloody beast of yours away from Scabbers, or I'll turn it into a tea cosy!"
"Nice to know nothing's changed with them," Ivy muttered to Harry who smiled at his friends as he began to walk down the stairs.
"It's a cat, Ronald. What do you expect? It's in its nature."
"A cat? Is that what they told you? Looks more like a pig with hair if you ask me."
