16 Dinner

I felt guilty now. Nico and I had kept our relationship a secret. But now Percy was back (thank the gods!) and I knew I needed to confess. Nico knew too.

JUST A/N: remember this was written 5 years ago and I had no read the Heroes of Olympus yet guys!! I know Nico is gay, but at the time I had no clue haha.

"It was only 1 kiss," I said under my breath. "And only 1 date. Walking down the beach holding hands. But the beach was Percy's thing."

As I started in our line for dinner, Nico came up to me.

"Let's forget it never happened. You have Percy back. And we never really liked each other anyways." Nico said.

"What if it gets out?" I worried.

"It won't." Nico said.

"Ok," I sighed.

"Look, Percy might've done something too." Nico reasoned.

"No," I sighed. "His fatal flaw."

"Loyalty." Nico remembered.

"Yes." I said. As we got to the dining hall and sat down, Chiron stomped the floor with his hoof.

"Silence!" He said loudly. "After this will be a counselor meeting!"

With that announcement, everybody went back to eating.
