Kaeden and his dad were working out together in the backyard. Or more likely they're training in martial arts.
Tobias was his son's drill Sargent then, and he will be again. Making sure his son stays in fighting shape. And the best thing is, their supernatural physiology allows them to execute moves more effectively than those of peak human.
"I've heard of make-up sex, angry rough sex, and grief sex. Never thought the latter would happen to you." Tobias commented on the fact that his son had sex and hasn't graduated high school and college yet and he's about to be a father soon. "I mean if your mom were still here, she'd give you a hard smack in the back of yo head."
"Yeah, I'm picturing that right now." Kaeden knows his mom. She was a doctor and she told him this when he turned sixteen. "And plus, I forgot." Both stopped and decided to take a break and head inside. It's 7:30am and Kaeden normally takes a shower earlier than that.
"Speaking of college, you've decided where you want to go?" Asked Tobias.
"Same one you graduated from." Kaeden replied before adding. "Then me, Bonnie and our kid are gonna get the hell out of town. I don't wanna be there when Klaus finds out about my 20th birthday or that I can turn werewolves and those that are part werewolves." That is what Kaeden is hoping for. While he can't kill Klaus because the two are equal in terms of super physical capabilities, he can at least try to get away from him.
Above all, Kaeden doesn't like Mystic Falls anymore. All that time being in this town has him reflecting. And he's come to the conclusion that if he stays in this town any longer, chances are that even he will likely get killed. Or any one he cares about for that matter. In fact, he's starting to believe this town is cursed. How many people have died because of a supernatural presence.
Regardless, he ain't staying in town. Maybe he'll move someplace else.
He could move to Texas, or Seattle, then again, he'd like to be near a forest region if he wanted to run around in wolf form. So maybe Colorado or... maybe New Orleans? 'Hmmm I don't know. There's a supernatural presence there. Plus it's where I've sent Ben to.'
"And I'm guessing this is because of Caroline?" Tobias asked.
"She wants to create fond memories. Us together in college. Going to parties... in which I will likely have no time for because I'll be having a daughter to raise." Kaeden groans. Another part of him is regretting not wearing condoms.
"You know if I'm still around, I'll can watch the baby for you. You and Bonnie should focus on that."
Kaeden said. "Dad, you don't have to. I can multitask."
