We Go Together (Zack Merrick/ATL)

Meeting the parents

*Vi's POV*

About 2 months had passed, and we played at least one show in each state. Right now, we were going to none other, than Baltimore, Maryland. I was nervous, but also excited. I was meeting Zack's parents, for the first time.

We were about an hour away, and I was sitting next to Zack, holding his hand. Through out the tour, Alex kept his word, and kept taking pictures of all the Ziolet moments. Speaking of which, I won our little contest, I had found 7 turn ons, Zack only found 3. The prank war continued on, we did stupid little stuff, like duct taping the nozzle to the spray thingy on the sink, whip cream in the hand while sleeping, drawing on faces, and we did some pretty intense ones too, like one time the guys called me and told me that they were getting kidnapped by crazy fans. I was out getting them food, so I rushed home, trying to help them. They were sitting on the couch, laughing as I ran into the bus. So in return, I ate all their food.

The guys and I were just sitting around on our phones, occasionally showing each other a funny meme about us, or a funny tweet. Matt called us, and told us that we were going to be dropped off at Alex's house first, then Rians, Jacks, and lastly Zack's. I was excited to meet them all though, from all the stories ive heard, they all seem really cool and understanding.

We turned on to Alex's street, and he was bouncing with excitement. We stopped, and he ran off the bus, and stopped on front porch. "Cmon guys!" He said, making us speed up a little bit. We all got to the door, and he ran in, not even knocking or anything. "Mom! Dad!" He yelled, pulling them into a group hug. His half siblings weren't there, so I guess that made it easier for me, I wanted to meet them eventually though. The guys all took turns giving them hugs, and no one seemed to want to introduce me, so I took it upon myself.

"Hi! I'm Violet, but please, call me Vi!" I said, going to shake their hands.

"Oh, we don't shake hands." They said, pulling me into a hug.

"Call me Isobel, and this is Peter." She said, introducing themselves.

"She's Zack's girlfriend!" Alex said, seeming quite proud for pointing out that fact. I blushed, Zack pulled me into a hug, and I buried my face into his shoulder.

"Can you not embarrass me in front of your parents, please?" I laughed.

"We saw that video of you two slowdancing at a show one day, I have to say, you guys are an adorable couple." Isobel said, making me blush.

"Thank you!" I said, making her smile.

We had breakfast there, since it was about 7, and we all talked about tour, funny moments from Alex's childhood, and a little bit about me and the guys, like how we met, what its like to tour with them, and how living with them is. We left at about 10, and went to Jacks house.

When we got there, Jack jumped off the bus before it even stopped, and ran into the house.

We walked in, to see him bear hugging both of his parents. They all group hugged, before giving individual hugs to one another. This time, though, Jack's parents introduced themselves first.

"I'm Bassam, this is Joyce, and May and Joe, Jack's siblings are downstairs." I nodded, shaking their hands before we all sat down on the couch. Two people who I'm assuming were May and Joe, ran up the stairs, and jumped on Jack. May started crying, and had to excuse herself.
Joe said hi to the guys, before stopping at me. "So this, is the famous Violet, huh? Opening act and Zack's girlfriend, am I correct?" He asked me, laughing.

I nodded, smiling brightly. "May's a big fan of you, just so you know." He told me, before chuckling.

"I have fans!" I exclaimed, making the guys and the Barakat family laugh. May came back, and gave me a hug, before properly introducing herself.
