End of the road

C:10 Jade's POV

"right, everyone ready?"Josh asked. we had just raided home bargins for food and weapons. or next destiantion was a hotel or somewhere safe, so we could form a plan. Josh was driving this time. Ethen and Beth were in the cab with him, directing him to a good place to go. Me, Kate and Abigail were sat in the back. After we had found Abigail , Kate had spent five minutes equiting her with sturdy and warm clothes. Now she was asleep on with her head on kates shoulder. kate, looked happy but... something was wrong. 

"kate?" i asked as Josh turned out of the retail park.

"um?" she said looking at me. 

"whats wrong?" she looked at the floor

"im fine" she said. pulling abigail closer. i decided to leave it, we couldnt deal with her breaking down in the open. i could wait til we got to the hotel. 

*an hour later*

"Jade?" Josh said, shaking me to wake me up. i had fallen asleep whilst they had been looking, bad move.

" Jade you really want to see this!"i jumped up, looking around. 

"oh shit!"
