It all happened so fast.
One minute, everyone was having fun, well everyone but Kate. But she had been in a weird mood lately.
Then....
The lights went out. The music stopped. The hall went silent. Everyone stood still, waiting for something, anything.
Then the doors opened. A beam of light lit up a small portion of the room, and a hunched over figure came staggering in. He collapsed to the ground in the doorway. Everyone just stared. I heard a shuffling of feet, I turned and squinted, to see Liv, slowly walking towards the collapsed man. She knelt down beside him. I took a step closer, trying to get a better look. He had a bite mark on his neck, blood was pooling around him. Hesitantly, Liv put her hand out towards him. Edging ever closer too him. Suddenly, the man jumped at Liv. Taking a chunk out of her neck.
"Liv!" Kate screamed, starting to run towards them, but Josh grabbed her arm stopping her.
That's when we realised he wasn't a man at all. That's when we realised we wouldn't be going home tonight.
