2. Wedding Day

Kendall's POV

I seriously didn't get any sleep last night, it is now 5:30 in the morning.

Jake wouldn't be up for another hour or so.

I quietly got out of bed and tiptoed downstairs. I saw Jake asleep on the couch, shit!

I walked back upstairs and opened the window in my bedroom.

I breathed in and out slowly and jumped out of the window.

Mid-air I turned into my yellow coloured wolf.

I ran towards the woods immediately. I heard the sound of twigs snapping and the trees rushed past me in a blur.

Right when I was near the border I heard 2 loud growls.

I looked behind me and saw nothing. I turned back around and saw 2 big wolves in front of me.

Brett and Harry.

'You are a very bad girl Kendall, trying to escape on your wedding day, I don't think so' Brett said through mind link.

I growled at him when he tried to walk towards me.

'Jake is coming' Brett said smirking in his wolf form.

I heard Jake's wolf running behind me and then the next thing I know his wolf is jumping on my back snapping at my neck.

I lay down on the ground and put my head in my hands.

'Get up' Jake growled at me while hopping off my back.

I stood up and walked over to him slowly. I nuzzled my face into his neck and started licking his fur.

Hugo, his wolf started moaning with pleasure.

'Lets get you home, little mate' Jake spoke to me through mind link.

I put my head down, bowing to him and we ran back home together.

Once we got inside the house Jake pushed me down on the couch and punished me for trying to escape from him. Gracie howled in pain the whole time.

After he was finished he told me to go upstairs and get ready for the wedding.

I did as he said and had a shower and did my makeup and my hair. Jake didn't want anyone else touching me so he made me organise myself for the wedding.

I got the dress out of the box underneath the bed and slipped it on and put on the white heels.

I sat on my bed until it was time.

"C'mon little mate it's time" Jake said from the door. I looked up at him and he smirked.

He walked me over to Alpha Harry who wrapped his arm around my waist tightly, no doubt leaving bruises.

We arrived at the church and I could smell heaps of wolves. The whole pack was probably here.

The sound of the music started playing and I was sweating like crazy. I didn't want this, I didn't want this, I didn't want this.

Alpha Harry pushed me forwards slightly so I walked into the church. Everyone eyes were on me, especially Jake's, his eyes were burning holes into me.

I walked down the aisle and saw my parents looking at me with huge smiles on their faces. I looked at them pleadingly but they just kept smiling.

Harry handed me over to Jake and he grabbed my hands roughly.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join together Kendall Oakley and Jake Smith"

Jake smiled at me and rubbed circles into my hands.

The wedding kept going and after a few minutes it was times for our, I do's.

"Jake, do you take Kendall to be your lawfully wedded wife? To have and to hold from this day forward, for better and for worse, 'till death do you part?" The priest asked Jake.

"I do" he said immediately.

"And do you Kendall take Jake to be your lawfully wedded husband? To have and to hold from this day forward, for better and for worse, 'till death do you part?" The priest asked me.

I stood there frozen. Everyone looked at me expectantly.

Jake squeezed my hands tightly and nodded his head.

"ROGUES!" Someone screamed out. "HUNDRED'S AND HUNDRED'S OF ROGUES!"

Everyone in the church shifted into their wolves and started howling.

Now was my chance to be free.

I shifted back into my wolf and ran out of the church as quickly as possible.

I ran through the woods like a bullet. I was running as fast as my little paws could take me.

I jumped over the ridge that lead from The Blood Moon Pack to just open land.

Finally I was free!
