36. My boys

Kendall's POV

I am huge now. I'm like a whale. In a human pregnancy I would be 7 months pregnant.

Bettie has been amazing to me and she's like a mother to me. She has been going around to Red Dawn territory and checking everyone out and seeing how they are going.

She says that Abby had her baby and it's a little girl but she isn't a werewolf which is strange. She said that she doesn't know what she is.

I asked Bettie about Declan and she said that he's terrible. Apparently he's letting the pack down and he's been miserable. He's basically dying but I'm not ready to go back yet.

Gracie talks to me sometimes but that's just to tell me to keep the babies safe.

Yes I said babies. I'm having twins and just the other night I found out they were both boys.

I already have names picked out for them.

Jace Zachary Winters and Brody Gavin Winters.

I wanted them to have Declan's last name but I don't know why, I just did.

I put my hand on my belly and my little boys kicked.

"I love you so much boys" I said softly, rubbing my stomach.

They kicked harder and Gracie purred. All she wanted was for her pups to be safe.

These boys were gonna be the next alphas to the Red Dawn pack and that scared me because I knew that I was going to have to go back to Declan in the next few months.

He's probably already moved on like I told him to.

"How are my godsons doing?" Bettie asked sweetly.

"They're doing perfect. I can't wait for them to be born"

"Have you picked any names out yet?"

I nodded my head and smiled.

"Well what are they?"

"Jace and Brody"

"They're both lovely names sweetheart. Do you think they will look like their father?"

"I don't know Bettie. If that's the case then they're going to remind me so much of what happened. I just.. I don't.. It's so hard.. I miss him"

"I know you do sweetheart and you can go back to him whenever you want. Don't you think he will want to be there when his first born children are going to be brought into this world"

"After what he did to me which I thought he would never do, I don't think he even deserves to see his children but he will see them soon enough"

I rubbed my belly soothingly and one of the boys placed his hand against mine but from the inside.

"I love you" I said quietly.

Declan's POV

Ever since Kendall left I have been lonely and depressed. I was nothing without her as I regret what I did so much. I wish I could just I back to that day and change everything.

Zeke keeps on telling me random stuff but it never makes sense.

He keeps on telling me 2 but that's it and to protect mate.

Charlotte stalked into my office and sat down on my desk.

"Get out" I roared.

"Declan I know you want me. I know your needs need to be satisfied and I bet Kendall couldn't do that for you and that's why she left. Honey you need to get over her, she left with Zander and they are happily together know. She moved on, just like you need to"

"No! She didn't do that! And even if I did move on, you wouldn't be who I would go for. I made a mistake in the past with making out with you all those times but that's as far as it was ever going to get. I saved my virginity for my mate and even though I regret that night so much it was still amazing because it was with my mate. Unlike you who will spread your legs with anyone with a dick"

"I will get you one day Declan"

"Not likely" I said quietly just as she walked out the door of my office.

Basically it was like Kendall walked off the face of the earth. I have a bunch of people from the pack who have not stopped looking for their Luna but there hasn't been any traces of her.

Other people from the pack say that they have seen an old lady standing at the borders just observing the pack and then leaving. She does that at least once a week. I will have to keep an eye out for that and talk to the creepy old lady because people are getting worried.

I just hope that Kendall is safe out there wherever she is and that she knows how sorry I am an that I love her.

I am so so so so sorry for the short shitty chapter, it was just a bit of a filler! Tell me what you guys think! When do you think Kendall is going to go back to Declan?
