I woke up next to Charlie the next morning. My head laid on his chest and his breathing was steady. I slowly opened my eyes and looked at him. His sleeping face was so beautiful and innocent. I kissed his cheek, just because I couldn't resist it.

A small smile made its way on his face and he opened his eyes. "Good morning sleepy head." I whispered in his ear as he pulled me closer.

"Good morning love." My heart started to beat faster by his words, and all I could do was smile. He was too cute for his own good. His raspy morning voice was literally the sexiest thing ever.

He placed his hand around my waist and pulled me closer. His hand on my waist left a burning feeling, something I didn't want to go away. He was holding me close, until Jamie came barging into my room.

Again.

He always knows how to pick the wrong moments to walk in. Something wasn't right about him though, he looked terrified.

"Chloe, I need to show you something." He didn't even acknowledge the fact that his little sister laid in bed with her now boyfriend/ best friend.

Boyfriend. It feels so good to finally call him that way.

Charlie and I shared a concerned look and stood up to follow Jamie. When Charlie stood up though, I forgot he threw away his shirt last night, because he said it was hot. Oh dear god, no we didn't do the dirty. It was just hot and sweaty and.... Never mind.

I stared at his bare chest and six-pack, not able to look away. I'm almost possitive drool fell out of my mouth. My eyes were glued to his fine abs and those sexy arms.

He wasn't just cute anymore, he was freaking hot!

"If you don't want me to take you right here and now, when your brother is just a door away, you should really stop looking at me like that." A blush crept up at my cheeks and I looked away, a little bit ashamed.

Charlie came walking to me with a smile on his face. He pushed up my chin and kissed me on the lips. It was a soft and slow kiss, the one that made you forget about your problems and everything around it for a while.

When we broke it off, I looked up at him questioningly. "What was that for?" I asked him. He only smirked and put a hand around my waist.

"Just because I know I can do that right now." I rolled my eyes and smacked his chest. He only laughed at my expression and let go of me.

"I need to follow Jamie, I guess he is wondering where I am. You stay here okay? I need to talk to him for a while." Charlie nodded and I made my way down the stairs, to Jamie's room. When I arrived, he sat behind his computer, watching a really weird video of someone.

When I looked closer, I could see what was happening. There was a guy who was cornered by five other guys, and he fought them all. He shot them, slapped them and stabbed them all in one. When the persons face came into the view, I sucked in a sharp breath, unable to take my eyes off of the screen.

It was Charlie.

How could it be him? I mean, yeah, I knew his dad wanted him to be the new leader of Blood Hounds, but I never knew he agreed to it and killed people. Doubt clouded my mind as I kept staring at the movie.

He really knew how to fight. He never missed a punch, and although the guys were stronger, Charlie fought them all.

The movie was paused and shock was still written on my face. Jamie turned around in his chair and looked at me critically.

"You see what I mean now? If he could kill all this men on his own, then why couldn't he kill our dad?" Jamie swallowed hard, but the look in his eyes was different. It was cautious, as if his best friend was a traitor.

"I saw the video too, but that he killed other people doesn't mean he is the killer of our dad! Get some sense into your head, this has really no connection with each other." I was getting tired of Jamie accusing Charlie the whole time.

Jamie stood up and stopped right in front of me. "Chloe, you are just blinded by him! You know just as well as I do that I don't like accusing him, or making him a suspect, but we need to keep our eyes open. You are blinded by love, by how he acts around you, and in that way, you don't see the real him. I don't say he is the killer, I just say there is a possibility he is. Don't take this the wrong way, but you were so busy kissing him and I don't know what else you did yesterday, but you totally forgot about the letters." Shit, the letters! Jamie was right, I totally forgot about them.

"Did you find any new ones?" Jamie nodded and he walked to his box to take it out.

"I wasn't out yesterday night, I was going to the graveyard where grandpa lays. I knew dad came there more often the last time, I think to talk to grandpa. And yes, the letter laid there, besides a bouquet of roses. I already read it, but now it's your turn." He handed me the letter and his eyes followed my every move.

I slowly opened the letter, slightly anxious what would be in it. When I opened the letter, dad's handwriting came into my vision and I started to read.

Always the smart one. I knew nothing of this would be too difficult for you two. Together, you are such a strong team.

I want to tell you how I met Jonathan.

I always told you it was because of Charlie and Chloe, but it isn't.

We actually met in college.

Your mom, Jonathan and I were in the same college and we followed the same course. In the beginning, Jonathan and I were like enemies. We didn't like each other at all. But the moment we needed to do a project together, we became good friends. We seemed to have a lot more in common than you would think.

Let's say we clicked immediately.

Throughout the years, we did everything together. We clubbed together, fought together, joined a gang together, basically everything. And then the babies came. First Jamie, than Charlie and Chloe and of course, we were busy with you, but our friendship never faded.

We only grew stronger once Criminal Minds came into our vision.

I always said he was my soul mate. He was the one to make life a better place when times were hard. A week before I thought I was going to die, I told him to take over the gang when I was gone. We went to the club like old times, and partied like there was no tomorrow.

Basically, there wasn't, because a day later, I was attacked. I was injured, but not dead. I made my way home and recovered. After that attack, I knew my end was near and started to make these letters.

I know this is hard, to read them and think of my face, but talking about it makes it better. You need to share your feelings with each other, because you can only trust yourself and your family, no one else.

I wish I could turn back time. I wish I could go back to the day I joined that gang and made the decision not to go, but time can't be turned.

Or can it?

It's for you to find out. I am sure you will find this rather quickly.
I love you guys, I really do.

Someday, it won't be hard to talk about me anymore. You will be happy, and I will have a place in your lives. In your hearts, and I'll be there forever, never leaving you again.

Stay strong, I know you can do it. Hold on a little longer, and all the good things will come to you.

The letter left me speechless. Time was a precious thing, a thing that wasn't supposed to be wasted. My dad knew something we don't, and it's killing me. With every new letter, I get the feeling there is something he is holding back.

Something he isn't telling us.

But my mind can't get to it.

I looked back at Jamie, who wasn't watching me anymore. He was looking at something behind me with wide eyes. I turned around and came face to face with Charlie.

I let out a breath as I didn't understand why Jamie was so afraid. But then I saw where Charlie's eyes were. His eyes were on the screen and his fists were clenched.

"What is this? Chloe, Jamie, can someone explain to me why I am on the screen?"
