I got up from the ground while determination was all that kept me going. I looked over the streets and saw a lot of different persons. Happy, sad and pretending ones. They all had their own problems, but everyone kept going on.

And I needed to go on too.

With my head held high, my shoulders broad and chin in the air I walked over the streets. No one dared to look at me in a weird way.

The pain in my heart and eyes didn't stop me. Mom and dad may be gone, but they will never leave me. They will always have a special place in my heart. I will never forget them.

Never.

When I arrived at home, I immediately called all my friends. The people I trusted the most and the people I needed for this plan to work.

Who would've thought that the suspects would be my friends?

"This is going to be fun."

Twenty minutes later, we all stood in my room. Charlie, Nate, Max, Blaze, Grey, Jamie and I. Charlie was dressed as Samuel, but I was myself. Everyone knew that I was Samantha, even Grey. He obviously saw me when I was exposed. I was just happy I didn't have to tell how I was two persons again.

"So, I called you here today for a reason." I started off my speech. "I want to take Criminal Minds down." All of their eyes bulged out of their cases and the sight almost made me laugh.

Almost.

"Why would you want to do that?" Grey asked. I looked him in the eyes and knew I had to get this over with.

"They killed my mom. And possibly my dad. I just can't live with the thought of the people who encouraged Mark to kill my parents. I need to drag this shit down." His eyes turned sad and he nodded in understanding.

Charlie pulled me by his side and kissed my temple. "I am so proud of you." He whispered in my ear. I smiled and looked at Nate, who was looking at me. There was an unreadable expression in his eyes and all I could do was look at him until he turned his head away from me.

"So, little fighter, what's your plan?" Blaze asked with a smirk on his face. I looked at the five guys in the room and smirked.

"So, all we need is..."

~

Max looked at me, tears gleaming in his eyes. "I don't know how you came up with this plan, but it's good." He pulled me in a hug and squeezed me tight. When he pulled back, there was a serious look on his face.

"You do know you need someone to start it, don't you?"

"Yes, I know that. I wanted to ask who wanted to do that." I said while I looked around the circle of guys. No one met my eyes and I sighed.

"Common guys, you all know I can't do it, otherwise I would have done it. Who wants to help me?" My eyes landed on Blaze.

"Please?" He shook his head and smiled a sad smile.

"I am sorry Chloe, but I value what's precious to me." I nodded, he was right. I couldn't order them to go on a suicide mission. Well, not suicide, but you most likely die if you aren't fast enough.

I lowered my head and sat down. "I understand guys, I really do. I am so sorry I even asked for you to do this. It's too dangerous and I don't want anyone to die. Not on my watch." I looked up again and they all looked at me in sympathy. Then, my eyes fell on Max.

He looked determined.

"I'll do it." He stated. Everyone looked at him, eyes wide.

"No Max, I shouldn't have asked you to do this. Seriously, let it go, it's okay." He shook his head in disagreement.

"Chloe, I want to do this. It's time Criminal Minds learns its lesson. It's time we take it down, even if it drags us with them. We need to do this, I need to do this." I walked towards him and pulled him aside.

"Max, I can't let you die. I can't live without you. I lost so many people and I want you to stay." I looked down but he took my chin and pulled it up.

"I won't die. I will return, safe and sound. We will all return. Chloe, I am not going to leave you." I looked in his eyes to look for the truth behind his words. To look for guarantee he would return, but there wasn't any.

This could be fatal.

"No Max, you don't have to do this." I shook my head again and wanted to walk away when he pulled me back.

"Yes I do. For you, because that is what friends do. And I am you friend." He took my hand and squeezed it.

"I promise I'll return okay?" His eyes told be everything but the truth, but I choose to believe him. I stood on my toes and kissed his cheek.

"Thank you Max." I whispered and backed away. The teary gleam in his eyes could easily be missed, but I didn't. I saw it and I knew something wasn't right.

Something bad is going to happen.

Nevertheless, I chose to ignore it. I walked back at the circle and gave every one of the guys a hug. When I stopped by Charlie, he lifted me up and kissed me passionately.

"I missed this." He whispered. I slapped his cheek and my face turned into a scowl.

"Did you seriously need to do this in a room full of other people?" A cheeky grin spread over his face and he nodded.

"I couldn't wait any longer." I rolled my eyes and turned back to the others.

"Tomorrow is the day. Be ready when it happens. Blaze, Nate and Grey, help Mark and Elliot to escape. I want to deal with them on my own." A smirk was plastered on my face as I thought about them.

"Max, be prepared. You need to be ready." He nodded his hand and made a weird gesture with his hand.

"Samuel." I said while I turned to him. "I need you to stay with me. We will wait outside, ready to go when it's done." He looked at me with nothing more but love in his eyes and he pulled me close.

"I'll do anything you say." He looked up and his eyes met Blaze's. They nodded to each other. They had a silent agreement that they were fine. I smiled at them and looked around the circle.

I was glad I learned to love these people.

There were only three suspects left. Jonathan, Mark and Rider. But I guess Rider is out of the picture, because he doesn't fit in this situation. No, it's Jonathan or Mark.

It's almost over. Almost done.

I can't wait to know who I can kill.

Because I am not afraid anymore.

I am strong.

Stronger than they think I am.

"Who is laughing now, huh Mark?"
