When I get to the cafeteria Sally's at the table as usual and when she sees me she lights up like a christmas tree.

"Lola! Hurry! Come here!" She shouts from the other side of the room. She obviously wants me to run, but I'm not gonna do that. Instead I start to walk in slow motion and Sally roll her eyes at me. When I do get there Sally starts talking like the talk machine she is.

"Aah! I'm so excited for tonight!" She says and I get slightly confused. It's just a sleepover right? And we see each other every day.

"Yeah it's gone be fun." I say and try to sound as cheery as her, but I fail miserably and sound like some awkward goose.

"I have a surprise for you." Her eyes grow four sizes.

"What? Why? Where?" I have a bad relationship with surprises. Every time before we would move place, my parents would begin with loves, we have a little surprise for you and then they would make moving sound like the greatest thing ever. But it's not.

"I can't tell you now. It wouldn't be fun. You're gonna have to wait until tonight." Oh boy...

We eat our lunch and small talk about everything and luckily for me the topic of Harry or any other guy doesn't come up. When lunch is over Sally hugs me goodbye even though we have a class together later and I'm coming to hers tonight.
My next class is history and I take that with Tim and Harry in my class. I spot Tim by the classroom door and I walk up to him. I take a seat next to him on the floor.

"Hey Tim." I say as I clumsily sit down.

"Hi there Lola." He smiles.

"May I ask you why you're sitting on the floor when the classroom is open?" I ask and he looks at his feet.

"I don't know really. I just kind of like watching people pass here. You know to really look at them. I like to picture their story as they walk by. Here let me show you." A short, blonde girl runs from one side of the corridor to the other with a stressed look on her face.
"That girl is miss goodie goodie herself. She's never been late to anything in her life and her next class begins in 30 minutes. She really has to hurry to make it." He says with a sarcastic voice. I laugh a little bit.
Paul comes walking with his usual satisfied grin on his face.
"Paul there makes it look like he's a lady's man, but really he's never been together with a girl and he just got off the phone with his grandmother." I laugh again and Tim joins in.

"More" I laugh. From the classroom next to ours a young girl and a male teacher exits and the teacher then locks the door, meaning they were the last ones out.

"Those two just had hot teacher student sex and they now pretend like she's been talking about next weeks assignment all the time." I laugh even harder.

"Do you really do this?" I say with a smile and tears in my eyes from laughter. Just as I say so I spot Harry coming our way with two of his odd friends and we lock eyes. He looks annoyed and like he could jump at Tim and beat him up at any second, but he doesn't. His eyes doesn't leave us until he enters the classroom. I wonder why Tim and Harry hate each other so much. I mean it can't only be about me.

5 minutes before the class begins Tim and I walk into the classroom and takes two seats in the front. I secretly want to look back at Harry, but I know that he's back there staring at me. I can feel that and I would be lying if I said that I completely hated it.

About 20 minutes into class I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. Since I'm sitting in the front this could be a problem, but it looks like our teacher is sleeping at his desk so I get my phone out. As I thought it's a text.
Come to my place tonight. It says. I look back and lock eyes with Harry. He gives me a weak smile. I turn back around and respond.
I type in Sorry I'm busy tonight. And press send. I don't have time to put my phone away until it goes off again.
Are you playing hard to get Lola? I smile at the text and I smile at the thought of him wanting me.
I'm not. I do actually have plans. I however wish that I was playing hard to get because being with Harry tonight at his place sounds nice.
Cancel them. I get a text saying. He really is stubborn.
I can't. Sally would kill me. I purposely mention Sally's name so he knows I'm not gonna hang out with another guy. I kind of like jealous Harry, but I don't want to send angry Harry at Tim or anyone else.
Now we don't want that do we.... He answers. I have to stop texting now or else I'm gonna fall behind.
Stop texting me now or else you'll get us both into problems. I send and put my phone away.

The class ends and I walk out together with Tim. We are among the first ones out. We walk side by side in the hallway and suddenly out of the blue someone pushes Tim so he drops all his things.

"Hey watch it nerd!" A rude voice says and I turn around to see who pushed him.

"What the heck!? Leave me alone Josh!" Tim says back. Josh has got black hair and piercings all over his face. Behind him is his blue haired friend and Harry.

"What's that nerd?" Josh says and gives Tim a push to his chest. Tim is quite tall and well built, but compared to these guys he doesn't look too scary. Tim is pushed to the wall and I can't just watch.

"Hey what's your problem? Leave him alone?" I yell and try to push this Josh away. He turns to me.

"Oh have you gotten yourself a girlfriend nerd?" He says and pets my head. I slap his hand away.
"Feisty, I like it. Maybe I could borrow her." He says and grins at me.

"Borrow her? I'm not an object you pathetic asshole!" I say to his face and his smile fades away. Tim's face flashes with fear and that makes me nervous. Was that a stupid thing to say to a big tattooed guy? Josh walks up to me and just as he is about to grab ahold of me Harry pushes between us.

"Leave it Josh. They're not worth it." He's got his back towards me and his hands finds mine behind his back. I try to get them off but he's too strong.

"Fine" Josh says and walks away. The blue haired guy follows and Harry stays a few seconds before letting me go. I elbow him rather hard before also he follows his friends.
