I don't like to admit it, but I'm actually disappointed at Harry. I know he doesn't like Tim, but come on. He didn't move a muscle until his friend Josh was about to touch me. And I'm pretty sure that he did that out of jealousy and not to protect us. Then after not saying a shit to help us he wants me to be grateful for his "help" and hold his hands. Forget that.
I know he tried not to, but he looked very confused and annoyed when I pushed his hands away and elbowed him. He really did thing he did the right thing. The fact that his friends didn't even know who I was made it very clear that he hasn't told them anything about me. Is he ashamed of me?

Sally waits outside my classroom when the last hour of the day ends. We walk together to the parking lot and I am so happy and relieved that it's Friday.

"Okay Sally. Can you please tell me what the surprise is now?" I say when we get to our cars.

"No! You have to wait patiently my friend." I'm really starting to wonder what this girl has done.

"Okay fine, but can you at least give me a little hint?" I ask and I see how she starts to think.

"Fine. One hint. The surprise is very much for me, BUT as my best friend that automatically becomes a surprise for you." She says. Okay, good. That lifts a weight off my shoulders. I don't like when people make too much of an effort for me.
I get in the car and we drive to Sally's place. It's not too long of a drive, probably about 15 minutes long. In my car I connect my phone to the speakers and I play my music very loudly. Loud music makes me relax. It's not too often I can listen too my playlist because everyone I know dislike it strongly. I have a strong love to 80s music and I'm not embarrassed about it. Or I used to not be embarrassed about it. Lately I've had my playlist as my guilty pleasure, but now in the car Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart fill the car together with Queen's Bohemian rhapsody and Take that's Back for good.

I park my car right behind Sally's and we get inside. She tells me that her parents and her older brother is not home and will not be coming home until tomorrow. We leave our things in Sally's room (which is the biggest bedroom in the house) and then we head down to the kitchen for a snack. We make ourselves a cup of hot chocolate and grab an apple each and we then sit down in front of the TV.

"Lola. Serious girl talk time." Sally says and mute the TV.

"What Sally? No not yet, we have all night to talk about that. We're not even in our pajamas yet." I say. I know that she's gonna wanna talk about Harry and the last thing I told her about him is that we've broken up.

"No we don't." She says quickly.

"What do you mean no we don't?" I ask.

"I'm just saying that my surprise might destroy your girl-talk mood..." She says and looks away.

"Okay Sally, I can't take it anymore. Tell me what this surprise is now or else I'm leaving." I say with humor in my voice.

"Fine... I may have invited two others to come as well. But I swear it's only two more! There's not gonna be a party!" She says and looks worried.
"I'm sorry Lola. Please don't leave." She says and grabs my hands. I laugh a little.

"I'm not gonna leave. But you should have told me that earlier because I did not bring a nice pajama.... Can you tell me who are coming?" She better say yes.

"No." She says and stands up.
"Come on. We have to prepare everything." She says and holds out one hand for me to grab.

We run up to her room and get out two mattresses for the secret guests to sleep on. We then get loads of fresh pillows and blankets and duvets to make the room super cozy. We definitely succeeded. To make it even cuter and cozier we lit up a few fairy lights.

"Before we go change into our PJs we have to get the food out." She says happily.

"What food?" I ask and start to suspect that she's been planning this for much longer than one night.
Sally drags me downstairs and into the kitchen. She opens the fridge and gets out a load of cookies and candy. She then opens another cupboard and gets out chips and drinks.

"Are you serious Sally? This food could last us a week! Are you sure there are only two more coming?" I ask chocked.

"Yep. I was bored last night and so I baked quite a lot.... That never happens by the way." She says and laughs.

We sit down for a few minutes and get a soda each to relax. To fix everything took longer and more effort than expected. The time is 6.15 and according to Sally the other guests are supposed to come at 6.30. That gives us 15 minutes to change clothes.
When we get to Sally's room again I notice that she starts acting weird. She talks less and she looks worried. Is she nervous? Who is it that's coming?

"Are you okay Sal?" I ask and she gives me a weak smile.

"Yeah of course. Just a little tired I guess. Let's change now." She says and gets her pajama and so do I.
