Chapter 2|Him

The next morning I took a nice hot shower and put on my black fitted skirt with the matching jacket with a red blouse and some red pumps. I then put my hair in a neat bun on the top of my head. I grabbed my bag with All my notebooks and files in it. Then I grabbed my purse and keys and headed to my office. 
20 minutes later I was at my office. I went to the elevator and pressed the floor my office was on.

"Hey Ms. Carter, can I get you anything this morning?" My assistant Monica asked.
"Yes, can you just bring me a French vanilla frapp. Please and thank you, grab you something too and come in my office with your calendar." I said as I placed my things down.

I unpacked my files and place everything on my desk, I fixed up my office and turned the news on. People were still speaking on Doninic's case, I knew what I was getting myself into when I asked him to come to my office to discuss everything.

"Here you go Ms. Carter." Monica said, handing me my coffee.

"Thanks, and it's alright to call me by my first name Monica. You won't get flagged for anything girl." I said as I waved her over. "Have a seat girl, you can chill in here with me today, I only have one client today and it's only because His case is impossible to beat. They have all kinds of evidence against this man. It'll be a miracle Monica." I said taking a sip of my drink.

"Maybe you could just gather everything you have and come up with a solution to why he did what he did." Monica said writing some things down.
"Alright, so go get your laptop and we can look up everything we know.. Write down his associates and all his old residents. I want everything we can find on this man before he comes in. I'll try to get all evidence they have on him. I don't want any pop ups." I said with a serious tone.
She shook her head and went to work. It was 9:00 and we spent 3 hours gathering everything we needed for Doninic's case.

"How about some lunch Serina?" Monica asked. "What would you like?"

"How about we order Chinese? I want sesame seed chicken with shrimp noodles and you can get whatever you like." I said getting up from my chair.
"I'm going downstairs to Sam's office to see he could help with something. Grab same a lunch special like mines." I told Monica as she ordered our food.

I went to Sam's office and his assistant was being an ass. "I'm sorry Ms. Carter but he's in a very important meeting with a client, you can't go in." She said.
"Excuse me, Sherry I can easily get you fired. If you stop me at this door one more time it'll be the end of your tempt job. You understand me!" I said looking her dead in her eyes.
"Yes ma'am" she said
"Plus I know Sam is in here being a little whore." I said walking to his office door.
"Aaaahhhh, oh my gosh Sam, right there baby and don't stop!" I heard a male voice say. Sam was bisexual and he always had "important meetings" every morning when people are barely around.
"Sam yes , fuck me!", the male voice said again. I heard the desk banging against the bookshelf and some grunts. Then I heard a female voice say,"yes, daniel eat this pussy! Make me cum in your mouth." I stood at the door and laughed. I shook my head and knocked on the door.

"Just a minute, fuck! Come on". I heard Sam say.

"Come in", Sam said as he sprayed his air freshener. I walked in to see his boyfriend Daniel and the mistress Sarah. They both were picking up things off the floor and fixing heir clothes as Sam sat down behind his desk.

I chuckled and shook my head, "So this was the important meeting Sammie." I said pointing at his fuck buddies. He laughed and tucked his shirt back in his pants.
"Y'all clean my office up, I'll be back.", He said, leading me back to the lobby area. "What you need Serina?" He said with his girly voice.
