"Serena, wake up." Dominic said as he was shaking me. I looked up at him and went to the bathroom. I washed my hands and ordered us pizza. Dominic got up and gathered all of his things and put his normal clothes on even though it wasn't time for him to leave. I could tell that he didn't like being here. When the pizza came I started to eat while Dominic just starred at me.

"What are you looking at?" I asked him being a smart ass.

"A beautiful independent women, that I'm going to make mines as soon as I get out of this bitch." He said as he licked his lips. That turned me on and he knew that it did. I bit my lip and continued to eat.

"I got a new place, because my dad didn't approve of me representing you." I told him. He looked at me and shook his head. I knew he didn't care, but I just wanted him to be aware that my Dad didn't like him.

"It coo ma, but when you decide to get with me, I'll take care of you." He said while looking me in my eyes, I turned away only because I didn't want him to take care of me. I'm happy that he wants to be my man but I can't put everything on the line for this relationship to work out. My career, my friends, my home. I wasn't going to give that up so I quickly changed the subject.

"So when you leave here, would you like to come see my place?" I asked him. He shook his head yes, and we continued with our day.

Later that evening, I helped Dominic get into his home. When we arrived the same chick that came to the hospital was there, with this kid. I instantly caught an attitude, I knew this wasn't going to be pretty.

"Daddy." The litte girl ran to him and jumped in his arms. "I missed you." She said as he gave her a kiss. He put her down and we all went inside.

"Well, Hello Nic, I brought you something." She said while giving him a basket and a card. I rolled my eyes and cleared my throat.

"Hey Aubry, This is my attourney, Serena. She was helping me around her and at the hospital." Dominic said. I was a little upset by the way he introduced me. I looked her up and down and went to sit in the den. She eyeballed me and then retrieved the little girl from his arms. I then heard the girl whispering so I decided to intrude.

"So Abry, Aubry. Whatever it is, what brought you here?" I said, while leaning on the kitchen counter. She put the little girl down, whose name was Amelia, and walked towards me.

"Its Aubry and I wanted to make sure that MY man was alright." She said, while getting in my face. "You know, your the same girl that came in the room when I was visiting him huh? The same exact women I spat on at the store huh, I knew I was just waiting on you to recognize me Serena." She said with a smirk. I then Smacked her dead in the face and she fell to the ground. The little girl was crying and screaming and Dominic got in between us.

"I knew you looked familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on it." I said, as Dominic was pulling me in the other room. Some how I gotten away from his grip. I then grabbed her by her hair and punched her in the face. All I saw was red, this was payback from the store. She tried to get up and I pushed her back down, and punched her again, she hit me in my face and pulled my hair. I got up and kicked her dead in the stomach. The entire time, Dominic was trying to break it up, but nobody was getting in between us this time, I was going to stop when I was good and ready. She laid there for a while, and I snatched away from Dominic, I pulled myself together and walked right out of his house. Feeling embarrassed.

I forgot I left my car at the hospital, so I walked to the nearest bus stop. I called Shaniya and luckily she answered. I told her what went down and for her to pick me up. She showed up in fifteen minutes, I got in the car and didn't say a single word.
