Here's the description:

We just continued to look at each other. And then his hazel eyes moved away from my brown eyes but move to my lips. I slightly gulped as I did the same.

I missed kissing those chubby red lips of his.

He licked his lips, making my butterflies flutter. His eyes went back to mine, showing me a sad look. But why would he be sad though?

"Matt please," I said, pressing my hand against his chest.

I'm surprised that my voice didn't came out as a stutter or nervous. He hesitantly nodded his head, pulling away from me. He sat down on the floor. I stood up, holding the towel tighter to my body. I started walking back to mine and Emma's shared room but a hand on mine stopped me from walking. But the tingles entered my body, making me inhale sharply. He turned me around and looked deeply in my eyes.

"Will you give me another chance?" he asked, holding my hand tight, just how I like it.

Hope crossed his eyes. But how would I know that this is not just another trick? I can't let him break my heart again. I can't let him play me anymore. I'm done with relationship and thanks to him, I'm growing old with 50 dogs living with me.

"No."

After all what they have been through, it seems like only one person, one text, will tear them apart.

A year and a half have passed, Mae stopped believing in love but instead to continue to live her life to the fullest, but deep down we all know that life is not the fullest without him by her side. Matt still believes that he has another chance to get Mae back but after to what he did, I don't think so.
