"We are here today to bring another problem into justice".The judge said before explaining."As I've been told Mrs.y/lastn parents had been killed when she was 9.Her uncle put her into the adoption center where Mrs.Johnson adopted her.As Mrs.y/lastn said she had been abused by Mr.Johnson who's now in jail,before Mrs. Johnson could continue what her husband had started,Miss.y/lastn ran away.At the age of 15 she lived with some friends and started making song covers online.Right now she was temporarily put under Mr.Cowell's custody.She had an accident,causing her temporarily amnseia which is when Mrs. Johnson appeared again..at the hospital.She wants custody over Miss.y/lastn again.And that's the case we want and will solve today.May Miss.y/lastn come and talk"He said and I looked behind me where my girlfriends,bandmates and 5h were sitting behind me.Lauren and Camila nobbed to me and I walked into that chair they have at the right of the Judge.I sat and Jenna's lawyer came near me.
"So,tell us your side of the story Miss..y/lastn."Her laywer said looking at me.
"My parents had died when I was 9 years old,some days before I turn 10.My uncle put me into the adoption center,against my will though.Then Mrs.Johnson came and adopter after I had just turned 10.At the neighboorhoud we lived then,I met Mat and after I met Mat's,and now my,friends Taylor,Emily and Stefan.We became best friends,like siblings,right away but at the same time her husband started abusing me.He also tried to...to rape me multiple times.I though it was gonna stop because at first he was always drunk but he continued after when he wasn't drunk.I ran away at the age of 14,two years after,the day her husband had got into the jail for abusing and she was visiting him so I was alone.I lived with Mat for a while but we had decided that since we were old enough,we took a house on our own and lived with Taylor,Emily and Stefan,there.We started doing the covers as you said.Then one day Si-Mr.Cowell tweeted us to meet him.I guess after that everything's figurable."I said,tears runing down my face mid way
"Ok,good.So,my client,told me you have two girlfriends?Why two?And who"Her laywer said again and I took a quick glance at Lolo and Camz,I wasn't sure if they wanted to go public yet or just stay hidden for a bit.
"Yeah,she's right.Well,I love them both,they love me and I didn't want to hurt any of them two so..yeah.I'm pretty sure that the part of who is personal.It's doesn't matter,right here,in this matter."
"No,I asked you to tell me wh-"Her lawyer started talking again but the judge cut him.
"Miss.y/lastn is right.That information is personal and even if it wasn't there's nothing related about who they are to this matter.May you pass to the next question"The judge said and the lawyer let out a little sigh and turned back to me.
"Ok.You said that Mr.Johnson tried to rape you.Multiple times.Drunk or not and did he ever succeded?"He asked and flashbacks of what he had done to me.
"The first 3 or 4 times he was drunk so it was easy to fight him down,at least run away and hide.But the rest he wasn't and...y-yes he succeded.
"How many times did he succeded?"
"I-I don't remember.I t-think it was 5 times.Because he had tied me and I coudn't run away."
As her lawyer went to continue with her questions,mine stood up.
"Judge i'm pretty sure my client has to go out and take some air.She's not legaly an adult yet and she's crying.Come on."She said and at this point...I was grateful.The judge nobbed.
"Yeah,I agree.Miss.y/lastn you can go out and take some air while we interrogate Mrs.Johnson.We will call you in for the results.May you go now."
I nobbed and thanked him,and my lawyer and got up.I walked very quickly towards the door.I went outside and took some really deep breaths.I sat against a wall,while slowly falling.When I was seated on the floor,I had hugged my knees and buried my face in between.Then I felt two arms rubbing my back and I slowly got my head up to find,who else,Lolo and Camz.They smiled sadly to me and I did the same.I leaned forward and hugged them.Well,more like,they hugged me and I was crying on their shoulder.
-AFTER 20 MINUTES-
They had finally called me,and my girlfriends,in.They sat at their previous seat,behind me while I sat beside my lawyer,my leg going up and down nervously.When I had got in,they had just finished interrogating Jenna.The judge looked at me and then at Jenna.
"The court has decide that the custody of Miss.y/lastn goes to....Mr.Cowell."He said and I got up and hugged everyone.
-AT THE HOUSE-
We back in the house camila, lauren and I was in my room my head was in lauren chest while camila hands was wrapping in waist and lauren was playing my hair. I'm so happy right now i actually won she never gonna do anything anymore to me. and she never gonna be near me anymore. because simon make the judge that if she was gonna talk to me or near me she was going to jail she was gonna join her husband.
"Whatcha thinking?" camz ask i look at her and smile at her and lauren was stop playing in my hair
" nothing, i was just thinking what is just happening today that i won that she can't hurt me anymore" she hug me tight and lauren hold my hand and squezz it
"we promise to you that we never let anyone to hurt you because if they did they gonna be deal with me and camz" i humm
"yeah! we promise that"
"thank you" i whisper
"what for? you don't need to thank us babe we are your girlfriends and that is our job to keep yourself and because we love you and we can't see you hurt" camz said i sigh
"i know but i still thank you, and thank you because you two stay by my side you didn't leave me even if you two can get hurt and when you know my life is fuck up you still here, and i was thankful for that, because tbh if you leave me i was gonna be broken and i can't take that you will gonna leave me because I love you so much girls, i really do" i feel a hand on my chin and lift it up i feel someone kissed me and i kissed back lauren pulled back i saw there is about to fall a tears i wipe it quickly and smile at her and i feel someone grab my face and kissed me too and i kissed back after a second she pulled back and i wipe the tears was falling in camz face. and i lay my head back to lauren. camz was back her arm wrap in my waist.
