Nick Miller:

Nick doesn't always notice things right away, but when you finally raise your voice and slam a dish into the sink, he freezes. "Whoa, whoa—what just happened?" he asks, putting his hands up. Once he realizes how overwhelmed you are, he softens instantly. "Okay... come here." He pulls you into a tight, grounding hug, awkward but safe. "Let it out, babe. Scream into my hoodie if you want. It's vintage." He rubs your back until your anger melts into tears. "I'm not good at this, but I'm here. You're not alone, alright?"

Winston Schmidt:

You snap over something small—the laundry, maybe—and Schmidt blinks, taken aback. "Oh my god. You're spiraling." He jumps into damage control, offering cucumbers for your eyes, expensive water, and a silk robe. When you don't calm down right away, he sits beside you and quietly says, "Hey... you don't have to be perfect all the time, you know. Especially not with me." For once, Schmidt's softness is louder than his dramatics.

Winston Bishop:

Your sudden explosion makes Winston drop his cereal. "Did Ferguson piss you off again?" he asks jokingly—until he sees the tears building behind your frustration. "Oh. Oh man. Okay, this is bigger than cat jokes." He gently takes your hand and leads you to sit on the couch, his tone serious for once. "Tell me what's going on. I'm here, and I'm not leaving till you feel okay again."

Coach:

Coach flinches when you snap, instinctively going into defense mode. "Okay! Okay! Whoa, talk to me!" His volume matches yours until he realizes you're not angry at him, just everything else. His voice drops immediately. "You're burning out, huh?" He sits beside you and nudges your shoulder. "You don't always have to be strong. Let me be strong for you today."

Robby McFerrin:

Your sudden outburst actually startles him a bit. "Woah... I've never seen you like that before," he says gently. Instead of pushing you to explain, he gives you space—makes you tea, sits quietly nearby, and lets you come to him when you're ready. "Whatever it is, I've got you. Even if it's ugly or loud or messy—I can take it."

Ryan Geauxinue:

Ryan is calm, steady—so when you snap, he doesn't react with surprise, just concern. He walks toward you slowly. "It's okay. I know this isn't about me. Let it out." He opens his arms, and when you collapse into them, sobbing and venting, he whispers, "You don't always have to hold it together. I love you when you're strong and when you're falling apart."

Sam Sweeney:

You scream, maybe throw a pillow, and Sam just gets it. As a doctor, he's seen people under immense stress—and he knows the signs. He approaches you gently, voice low. "You've been holding this in too long, haven't you?" He doesn't tell you to calm down; instead, he lets you scream, cry, curse. When you're spent, he kisses your forehead and says, "You're safe now. We'll get through this together."
