Unexpected (ON HOLD)

Chapter 2

Why is my heart beating this fast? It's just Glaiza. I mean it's not JUST Glaiza, she's definitely a stunner. No doubt. Pero matagal ko na 'tong nakakasama. Ba't ako nagkakaganto suddenly? Ugh.

Direk went on and on about what and where we were taping next week. Nothing really stayed in my mind though. Her arms were still around me. I couldn't think straight.

"Huy!" Chynna snapped her fingers at my face.

"W-what?" I stuttered as I was pulled back into reality. I turned to face her.

"Na-resched yung interview ko. Gala daw tayo after ng meeting." She said and shifted her gaze to Glaiza then back to me. "Dinner lang naman, gutom na rin ako e. Game ba kayo?"

Before I could answer, Glai replied "Sure. I'll go if Rhi goes."

"Yun oh! Sama ka na, Yan." Chynna said while pouting at me. I laughed at her childish ways. Such a kid at heart. "Puuuuuuuhleeease!"

I mocked thinking and gave in. "Sige na! Wala din naman akong gagawin mamaya e. Hahaha" They both raised their hands up in triumph. I laughed.

She placed her arms around me once again. Her scent filled my nostrils. It was an aroma that could make heads turn everytime. I eased a bit and laid back to catch another whiff of the relaxing scent.

I felt her hot breath on my right ear and realized that I was absent-mindedly playing with her hands. I blushed and apologized. She chuckled softly.

"Ano ka ba? It's fine Rhi. Nakaka-relax nga e." She said and tightly hugged me from my neck. Her face was now buried in my hair leaving no space between us. She rubbed her hands on mine reassuringly. And as expected, the voices in my head were going wild right now.

Waaaaaah! Ano ba Glai. Kung ikaw narerelax, ako hindi. Di ako mapakali. Anak ng tokwa, kinikilig ba ko? Juskupo. Anong nangyayari sakin?

I tried to calm myself down so no one would notice. Oh shit.

We're now in a meeting for the next shoot. I look down and Rhi's in my arms again. Ahhh, cloud 9. I smiled to myself and nuzzled my nose in her soft hair.
