Cantina slowly rose to her feet. The surrounding air shimmered slightly, as if reality itself was bending in response to her presence. Just as she lifted her hand to snap her fingers, an anxious knot tightened in Starfania's chest, and before she could stop herself, she blurted out, " Will there ever come a time where I have to make a tough choice? Even if it hurts those I care about? "

Cantina turned her gaze towards Starfania, her expression softening. The weight of the question lingered between them like a heavy mist.

"Life is full of choices," she said slowly, "some are light, others burdened with consequences. You cannot always shield those you love from every decision."

Starfania felt her heart race. "But how do I know when it's right? How do I choose?"

Cantina sighed, a mix of understanding and sorrow in her eyes. "There are no guarantees. Each choice is a step into the unknown. You'll feel the weight of your path, but remember, you are not alone. Your heart will guide you, even in the darkest moments."

Starfania nodded, feeling a flicker of hope in her chest. "So I have to trust myself?"

"Yes," Cantina replied, her voice steady. "Trust is your strongest ally. And remember, even tough choices can lead to growth, even if the journey is painful."

Starfania let the words sink in. She realized her journey was just beginning, filled with potential, uncertainty, and the promise of resilience.

As Starfania awoke from her slumber, the realization struck her like a bolt of lightning–it had all been a mere figment of her imagination. A vision, a dream, yet it felt so real. With a renewed sense of clarity, she inhaled deeply, letting the cool air filled her lungs, and devoted her undivided attention to the here and now. Aeron, Violet, Drogo, and Atlas stood nearby, their expression clouded with concern. As she met their eyes, a deep sense of security and affection washed over her. Without hesitation, Starfania embraced them, grateful for their presence. Then, out of nowhere, a searing pain shot through her forehead like a thunderclap on an otherwise strange day.

A sharp, burning sensation that sent shockwaves through Starfania's body. She winced, clutching her head, when Aeron's reassuring touch anchored her back to reality. His warmth steadied her.

" Are you alright? " he asked, his voice gentle yet filled with worry. Starfania gave him a small nod as he withdrew his hand, but the unease lingering in his gaze told her he wasn't convinced. Her friends were all staring at her, their faces mirroring his concern. She swallowed hard, suddenly feeling self-conscious. With a deep breath, she attempted to reassure them. Starfania sighed. " I'm fine. It was another vision. "

Silence settled among them, but their skeptical expressions spoke volume. They weren't convinced. Aeron exchanged glances with the others, finally breaking the tension.

" If that's the case, " he said, arching a brow, " why did it look like you were mumbling? And why did you wake up scanning the room like you'd seen a ghost? "

Starfania bit her lip, her pulse quickening as she tried to find the right words. Her mind was a tangled mess, struggling to process everything she had seen. Clearing her throat, she tried again, but the weight of the revelation was too much. At last, she managed to stutter, " All I can recall is conversing with Cantina. I got to see what the poison actually does to the dragon. She revealed to me... my father. "

The moments the words left her lips, a chill settled over the room. The air thickened with disbelief, and a palpable tension wrapped around them. Aeron, still eyeing her closely, leaned forward.

"Your father? But he's in VulcanFire? How could you see him? " His voice wavered, caught between hope and skepticism. Starfania nodded slowly, her throat tight. "It's true. I haven't seen him since we've escaped VulcanFire."

Violet, seated to her left, shifted uncomfortably in her chair. "So you're saying this Cantina showed you your father? In a vision?"

The question hung in the air, heavy with doubt. Starfania nodded again, fighting back tears. "Yes. It was like I was there with him, feeling every moment. But it wasn't just a reunion; it was a warning. "
