Wuxian and Wangji broke their kiss and breathed heavily, foreheads pressed together, sharing quick, shallow breaths.

Yibo sniffled, pulled a handkerchief from his pocket, and wiped his nose before handing it to his friend Xuan.
Xuan used the same handkerchief to wipe his own tears and then passed it along to Yuan.
Yuan looked at the dirty handkerchief, already used by the other two, made a disgusted face, and tossed it away immediately.

Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji finally stood up, trying to steady their breathing. Wuxian wiped his tears, gave a soft laugh and said,
"See? I almost forgot the main part."

Before Wangji could ask, Wuxian took his hand and led him forward. Wangji followed, a little confused, until they reached a small setup—a romantic table with food, candles, and soft lights.
