Starla took out and opened a velvet box. An amber-coloured jewel gleamed up at her.

"An Asmodean Crystal..." She whispered in awe.
Awe and dismay, because she knew what this meant. She was free to give the Crystal to Blitza at any time. But when she did, the two of them would no longer be tethered to each other. It could very well be the last time she sees Blitza Buckzo.
A walk through the stars always gave her a clearer head and helped her feel less shitty. So she climbed the flight of stairs, reaching the top before concentrating all of her energy until a portal to the cosmos opened for her.
A gentle breeze ruffled her feathers as she walked, admiring the beauty of the stars and moons and planets surrounding her.
