"sorry, i fucked your wife." blitza croaked, flashing a razor-toothed grin at prince stellan before getting out of that courtyard before he noticed the priceless artifact of his tucked under her arm and murdered her for stealing it (and for fucking...
Starla opened the file to find a small stack of crude drawings about I.M.P.'s latest assassination mission. She looked through all the drawings. Then looked through them again. She understood what the mission had been about, but she had no idea how to turn this into a book report.
"What is this?" She groaned.
Blitza would've helped her out but she had a lot of housework to get through so she left work super early. Starla tried to write a description of what the drawings represent in her notebook, but she's stumped. We see she's scribbled out several attempts. Then Moxxie entered, drinking a cup of boba and humming to himself, when he saw Starla looking stumped.
"Your Highness?" He asked. "You doing okay?"
"Hardly." Starla pouted. "Blitza asked me to write a follow-up report for her, but this... *shows the drawings to Moxxie* ...is all she gave me to work with! I have no idea what these are supposed to mean!"
Moxxie glanced at the drawings. "Well, you can just write whatever you want. The truth here is less important than the... entertainment value." He explained. "Truth be told, the only reason we do these reports for the client is so they tell everyone what great assassins we are. So the better the story, the better we look."
"Really?"
"Let me see what you have so far."
Moxxie came around Starla's desk and started reading the report. "Upon entering the human world, Blitza acquired visual confirmation of the first target outside a restaurant. She observed the target eating a bowl of spicy noodles topped with fatty pork, mushrooms, seaweed, green onion, ground nuts, and a seasoned soft-boiled egg. He also had an order of dumplings. He ordered an extra side of sauce. He also ordered—"
Moxxie frowned as he realized how much unnecessary detail Starla had thrown in. "Seriously?! What—what is this?"
"I'm just trying to be as accurate and thorough as possible!" The woman said.
Moxxie shook his head. "Oh, Your Highness, no, no, no. The client doesn't want to hear about this. You gotta use your imagination. Spice it up a little, like a novel."
"Like a novel?" Starla got a flicker of inspiration when she heard that. "Oh, oh, I see. Okay, so perhaps he wasn't eating lunch alone. Maybe he was with a..."
In a crudely-drawn version of the assassination mission, Starla flipped through different ideas of who the partner could be.
"...friend?" She tried.
The partner solidified into a friend.
"Um, sure, sure, but, let's take it a little farther, maybe?" Moxxie suggested. "Like, what if this friend had a gun?"
The man brandished a gun out of nowhere. The camera panned to reveal Starla and Moxxie are also in the fantasy, sitting at another table as they watch everything unfold.
Starla gasped. "A gun? "
"All stories are better with a gun." Moxxie insisted. "He has it because he's the target's former partner from his old life of crime."
"Right, right, I see. And this partner and him shared more than just a life of crime. They shared a secret passion that only they knew about."
The men exchanged wicked, knowing smirks, tension suddenly spiking in the room.
