Sethrang: "So.. was it good?"

Seth: *pushes the bowl away from him* It's fine. Really.

Barbs: *huffs; pushes back the bowl to him* It's fine? Yun lang masasabi mo? It's fine? *frowns*

Seth: *a bit alarmed* Hey, I'm sorry. May sipon lang ako kaya hindi mo malasahan yung luto mo. But I know it really tastes goo--

Barbs: Ako pa gagawin mong tanga? Buntis lang ako pero hindi ako TANGA! *sobs a little* Gumising ako ng 6 am para iluto yan! 6 fucking am, Seth! Apparently you don't how hard it is for me to wake up that early! My feet are swollen, my freaking body hurts and I go to the bathroom every five minutes 'coz you fucking knocked me up!!

Seth: *gulps hard* Barbs.. ang aga naman ata para magalit ka ngayon? It's just 7:30-- *Barbs starts to cry* You don't have to do that! Stop cryi--

Barbs: Your wife wakes up early in the morning to cook you breakfast tapos ang isasagot mo lang "It's fine. Really"??? Isa ang "It's fine" sa universal lies! Simpleng arroz caldo lang hindi mo pa matik-- *cries loudly*

Seth: Okay okay! Fine, I'm gonna eat this! *grabs the bowl and starts to take big spoonfuls of arroz caldo* Masarap naman, Barbs! O eto, mauuubos ko na! Gusto mo magbaon pa ako sa office!

Barbs: *stops crying; stands up as if nothing happened* Hugasan mo yang plato bago ka pumasok, okay? Matutulog ulit ako.

*seconds later*

Seth: *stares at the empty bowl* Damn that woman. She played me.
