Well here we are. The last 30 minutes of class is killing me. 30 minutes until we dismiss, 30 minutes until I learn some new things. The wait was ripping me apart inside, as my eyes were glued to the clock at the front of the room. These 30 minutes felt like 30 days.

Unexpectedly, someone had threw a note to my chair. I picked it up off the ground and waited for our History teacher to turn back around. After getting tired of waiting, I just read it, while hiding it under my desk. It was from Winter.

"Library @ 3:30"

Library? I don't even know how to get to the bathroom here! Why are we going there anyways? I guess she's a weirdo too. Fantastic.

Finally, the bell rings. Everyone in the classroom basically left as soon as they heard the bell. I grabbed my bag, and walked over to Matthew's desk, and showed him the note.

He shook his head at me. "Ugh, I guess. I'll show you the library."
===========================
We arrive at this schools library, which looks pretty nice. It doesn't look like the normal school libraries with generic children's books. Looks like they have some interesting stuff here. Now, where's Winter? Me and Matthew began to walk around, looking behind each shelf, seeing where she was. We couldn't find her.
"What a waste, let's go man." Matthew said.
Then, all of a sudden, Winter comes from behind is scaring us. "Looking for me?!" She said, loudly. We both jumped, which I guess amused her.

"Listen you-"

"Matthew, relax." I interrupted. "Why are we here?" She began giggling. She began to walk behind a really big shelf where there was a lot of space. She sat down, and put her bag on the floor. "Sit here, guys!"

I'm kind of scared now. What's going on? I should've just minded my business at lunch.

"So, first off, have you guys seen the movie The Breakfast Club?" she asked, out of nowhere. Where is this going? Matthew and I looked at each other, and turned back to her. Matthew shook his head. I lied.

"Yeah, I love that movie!" I said.

"Oh really? Your favorite part?" She asked.

"Uhm, the part where they were eating breakfast, right, and then-" They both bursted out laughing. I just played it off as if I was joking. Hopefully it made me look like less of an idiot.

"So, there was a scene in the movie...everyone all spoke about different problems they faced in stuff, and I was thinking, that maybe we could do something similar here! Maybe just to get to know and understand each other better. Who wants to start?" She looked at both of us after saying this. Matthew looked up from his phone.

"I'm Matthew. 14, and a stoner. My dads dead, and my moms a drug addict. I hate everyone. Next?" He said. Wow. Why be a prick about it?

"Okay....what about you?" She said, smiling at me. Uh-oh.

"Well. I'm a bit of a wreck." I said. "I'm another quiet individual, with a twisted, shocking background."

I started to get a little nervous. "Oh wow. Let's go into detail." Winter said.

This is going to get really depressing, and I hate to be that guy in the group who always sets a sad and depressing mood. But, since she asked for it, I mind as well.

"Okay," I said looking down, playing with my hands. "I'll give it a try. Uhm,  it's a really complicated thing. I could say, I'm different from others, but I'm going through and dealing with the same thing a lot of other kids are. Of course I'm talking about depression, anxiety, wondering who my father is and where he is, stuff like that. But, there's more to it than just that." I feel like I'm talking on my own, with no control of what I'm saying. I can't believe I'm letting this all out.
