The Adopted One

rainy Day

Y/n POV:

I wake up the next morning snuggled up under my blanket with Trotti in my arms and my Pacifier still in my mouth. I'm still not too sure how I feel about the Pacifiers although I can't say I don't like them, they make me feel comfortable but I don't wanna admit that because I think it makes me seem weird and weak. The House is quiet so I think Mommy and Mamma are still sleeping I see the Wheelchair next to my Bed and decide I wanna go over to them and cuddle with them. I spit my Pacifier out and reach over to my Wheelchair and pull it over to my Bed. Only now do I see the problem, getting in there alone would be almost impossible with my broken arm and Leg. I tried anyway, pushed myself up with my one working arm and then slowly over to the edge of the Bed and from there I put my hand on the Wheelchair so I could lift myself over onto it.

That's when it happened, when I was lifting myself over onto the Wheelchair the Wheelchair rolled back fast. I couldn't get back on the Bed in time and the Wheelchair took me down with it where I landed hard on the Floor right on my side. Instantly I started screaming and crying not from Pain but from shock.

Lucy POV:

I get woken up by the worst thing a Mother could ever imagine, my Daughter is screaming and crying. I Jump out of Bed with Keira right behind me and run to her Room she's laying on the floor and her Wheelchair is standing infront of her. I quickly walk over to her and lift her into my arms.

Lucy: What happened!?

She doesn't answere but keeps crying so I leave the questions to later and focus on calming her down. I lift her up and we sit on her Bed where Keira sits down next to us.

Lucy: Shhh you're ok Baby Girl calm down. Shhh we're here Mommy and Mamma are here.

Keira ist petting her Back and I'm petting her Head while calmly talking to her. Slowly she calms down but not fully, she reaches between us and surprisingly grabs  her Paci before putting it in her Mouth so she can calm down completely.

Lucy: There we go. 

Keira: I'm so proud of you my Love. You recognised that you needed your Paci and took it to help yourself calm down and feel safe, that is so good Darling.

Lucy: Mamma's right my Love we're so proud of you. Now can you tell us what happened Sweetie?

Y/n: I wanted to come to your Room to cuddle in your Bed but the Wheelchair rolled back when I was trying to get in it.

Lucy: Darling if you want to get somewhere please call us it's not save for you to do something like that ok? It doesn't matter if we're asleep or not just call us. Did you hurt yourself?

Y/n: My side hurts a little bit but nothing else.

Keira: Ok let us take a look.

I lift her shirt just a little bit and see that it's nothing bad just a little scrach and a little Bruise. Y/n still has her Paci in her mouth and is sucking on it making her even more content then just a second ago.

Lucy: It's just a little scrach and a Bruise so nothing Bad. How about we go downstairs now and eat some Breakfast and after that we can cuddle all you want.

She smiles and nods so I help her change into some comfortable clothes while Keira goes change and start Breakfast. After Y/n is dressed I take her over to Keira and my Room so I can quickly change too. 

Lucy: Alright lets go eat something

I walk downstairs with Y/n in my arms and bring her into the Livingroom sitting her on the Couch. After that I walk into the Kitchen to help Keira prepare Breakfast.
