Finally Home

Two Important Informations before we start: I changed Y/n's age to 6 because I think the way I have been making her act in the different parts, she seems a little younger than 10 so I had to change that. Every time someone signs it will be written like that.

Y/n POV:

So its been two days already which means today I might be able to go home. I still can't talk eventhough I'm trying so hard the words just won't come out. My Moms keep telling me that it's ok and that it's not my fault. Because we had a lot of time the last 2 days we've been learning sign language with this App Mamma found and it's actually not that hard we already know the basics which is good because we can atleast communicate a little bit, the hard part is forming sentences and there are also a lot of hard words that I just can't remember.

Over the last two days a lot of my Aunts have visited, like Auntie Vivi, Beth, Jen, Alessia, Lotte, Kyra and even Auntie Millie drove all the way here to check in. They have been a very good distraction but I can't help but feel dissapointed that Auntie Katie hasn't visited yet so I'm very mad at her but then again I'm sad because I miss her very much. 

I'm sitting on my bed with my Mommys learning BSL and we're waiting on the Doctor to come check me out and tell us if we can go home. our signing is still very slow because we have to think how to sign while forming a sentence. There is a knock on the Door and then the Doctor walks in.

Doctor: Hello Guys, alright Y/n should we check if you can go home today?

As much as I wanna go Home I am scared of what the Doctor is gonna say so I hide behind Trotti and shake my head. 

Lucy: Come on Sweetie just a quick look and then we can go home.

I shake my head and burry my head in Mammas Shoulder, she rubs up and down my Back and then picks me up to put me in a different Position because the Position I was in was very uncomfortable because of my Leg which is in a cast so I can't bend it.

Keira: What's wrong sweetie the Doctor just has to check you're ok so that we can go home.

Y/n: No, hurts

Mamma looks at Mommy a little confused, I think she forgot what that sign means.

Lucy: It means "Hurt". Does something hurt Darling? If something hurts you have to tell us so we can help you.

Y/n: Nothing hurts right now .

Keira: Then why don't you wanna get checked?

I hide my face in Mammas shoulder again. I'm sitting in her Lap now so it's more comfortable. She trys to lightly push my face away from her shoulder but I whine and keep my face there.

Doctor: Y/n Sweetie I just have to check your Injuries, I promise I'll be very quick and after that you might be able to go home.

Y/n: Checking might hurt and then no go home. 

I sign very slowly and the Sentence isn't really a full sentence because It is still a little hard to form them but Mommy still understood what I was trying to say so thats something.

Lucy: She's scared that your check might hurt her and lead to not being able to go home.

Doctor: No Sweetie, even if something were to hurt, that would just bring me to adjust your pain Medication. The only reason I would say that you have to stay here is if your vitals were Bad or there would be an Infection but you just said that you're not in Pain so I don't think there will be an Infection.  OK? So can I just quickly check and then you can go home?
