Chapter Thirty Four

"Evan stop it!" I blushed at his loud announcement, yelling out we were engaged was something I never thought or expected him to do, I was laughing so hard but completely embarrassed at the same time, normally I wouldn't have given a fuck if someone had done that, but coming back from working overseas and going through all that deep inner finding myself had mellowed me out, I wasn't up tight or having a guard up all the time. Evan laughed, I had just been asking this question over and over again "Yes Emilia, I want to marry you, why is that so hard to believe?" He shook his head and swimming towards me.

I shook my head and kissed him then pulled back "I love you, it was the biggest surprise ever. You got me good"

 He let out a laugh "Yeah well good, I was actually panicked that you didn't see the ring in the box for a moment"
