Between the roar of the crowd, the random explosions going off, and that damn announcer saying nothing useful, I was getting more and more pissed off. None of my crewmates could get a good view of what was happening. We were way out of range for my normal mantra to make out what was happening. I doubted my Weitblick would do me any good either. It was just a frustrating mess.

While being left in the dark was not ideal, it was almost worse when the crowd reacted to something happening on the ship. They would cheer in excitement, and my crewmates would gasp or shout.

"Look! It's Luffy!" Usopp cried out in panic.

I whipped my head towards him, "What's happening?!"

Zoro answered me, his voice strained, "He just appeared out of the side of the ship from some door."

"If he falls in the water, he's done for!" Nami continued, freaking out, "Come on! You can't let the fight end this way!"

I heard Luffy shout in rage from somewhere on the ship, "You think you can get rid of me that easy?!"

The crowd erupted into cheers, whistles, and boos.

"Close call!"
"It wouldn't be any fun if boss knocked him out right off the bat!"
"Hang in there, Strawhat! Afro power!"

"What have we here?" Itomizu began, already irritating me again, "Strawhat's narrow escape didn't seem to impress this Foxy Pin. You might even say it's laughing at him! The cabin of the ship is Foxy's playground. Will Luffy be lured inside?"

Nami shouted in warning to the best of her abilities, "Hold on, Luffy! It's a trap! Whatever you do, do not go in that ship!" There was a moment of silence before she groaned, and I sensed her smack her hand against her forehead.

I frowned sympathetically at her, "He probably couldn't hear you."

"Strawhat throws caution to the wind and dashes inside the ship!" Itomizu said, "Unfortunately, that means I can't give you a play-by-play anymore, but I think it's safe to assume that whatever is going on in there is completely amazing!"

I snarled and shook my fist in the air, "What kind of lousy commentator are you?!" Zoro put his hand on my shoulder again to keep me in my seat as I fumed.

Usopp wailed as he leapt to his feet, "Believe! It's time to put those wings to the test, little bird! So spread 'em and fly!"

Sanji reached over and smacked the back of the sniper's head, knocking him down, "These seats are bad enough without you standing in the way!"

With that, we were forced to wait. At this point, we could not even hear the sounds of the fight happening. The crowd around us murmured in boredom and small talk, as if this were familiar. My lip curled into a frown, "Guess Foxy always does a combat round and brings the fight to his ship. You'd think they would have rigged something up to help with the spectating if this happens that often."

Itomizu spoke up again, "Time marches on, but neither combatant has emerged as a winner in the final round of this Davy Back Fight. It's truly unusual for someone to last so long against Foxy in his own territory! Even if they can't see him, the crowd cheers for our boss with all their hearts!"

"Luffy won't lose," Zoro said in a firm tone, unwavering.

"Well, that goes without saying!" Usopp agreed readily, "He's Luffy, and he has an afro!"

Sanji hummed as he took a drag on his cigarette, "I'd say being Luffy should be more than enough. Though the afro is nice."

Nami sounded exasperated, "Okay, you're gonna have to explain this afro thing to me. You're all acting like it powers him up, but that doesn't make any sense."
