Lisa packed a bag and hurried over to Justin's house. He let her stay over for the night. As grateful as she was she had to tell him about her breakdown. Lisa even mentioned how she didn't remember doing any of it. Shocked as Justin was he comforted her and told her not to worry about.
Night time came and Justin was asleep but not Lisa. She was still wide awake. For some reason she just can't go to sleep. There is so much on her mind. Too much actually that her head began hurting. She wanted to yelp at the excruciating pain. She closed her eyes and put her hand on where the pounding was happening.
Lisa woke up from her nap, she snapped. She looked evil, more like possessed. But she was excited. She slowly tip-toed downstairs and looked through the liquor cabinets. Then she went through her mom pill bag. Mixing those two together really had her going. Her head was spinning, she felt dizzy but that didn't stop her from grabbing a hammer out of one of the kitchen drawers. She found her sister sleeping on the couch. Then she muttered something.
Lisa opened her eyes panting and sweating. She patted the bed hoping to touch Justin. She didn't feel him. Nervous she got out of the bed, opened the curtains and jumped. The brightness of the sun shocked her.
"Morning already?"Lisa murmured.
"Lisa you awake?"Justin called from the bathroom.
Lisa turned around and walked closer to the bathroom door. She could hear the water running. He's taking a shower.
"Uh yeah I'm up,"she cleared her throat.
"Okay good I'll be out in a second,"he responded.
"Alright. I'll be in the kitchen,"she tied her hair up.
As she was cooking breakfast for her and Justin the night terror flashed in her mind. Although it wasn't a dream or a nightmare. It was part of her memory.
