"Okay nana damn." I sighed frustrated at the fact that she was saying the same thing over and over.

"Don't cuss at me girl. Go get you some Javon you know you want him. That's a good man right there and yall got a child together it's only right." She was right but it was the things that came with Javon. Like the drama the lies and the hurt and I couldn't take that. I was grown now and I had a child I'm not that girl I was 4 years ago.

"Ok grandma I'll sleep on it and I'll visit soon."

"Alright now love you child."

"Love you too." I sighed putting the phone down.

It's been a couple hours since I last spoke to Javon and I couldn't stop thinking about how he took care of me. I loved Javon but I wasn't sure if he loved me as a friend or not even though he said he did.

After I left Javon's house I dropped Jaylen off to my mom since she wanted to see him. I had to make sure I spend some time with him soon because he's been with everyone but me. I was interrupted when my phone rung.

"Hello" I answered yawning a bit.

"Oh were you sleep?" Javon's sexy ass said through the phone.

"Nah wassup?"

"I miss you." I was shocked but then again I knew that he had a raggedy girlfriend.

"And Shauni's somewhere missing you so go find her."

"Man that bitch out the picture." I was shocked that he'd finally let her go but then again she disrespected his child.

"Oh"

"Man Jo stop playing where Jay"

"Ain't nobody playing and he's with my mom."

"Alright cool see you later." What?

"Javon!" I said until I heard the dial tone.

I rolled my eyes and took a deep breath taking the phone away from my ear. I got up taking out a pair of matching bra and underwear and getting in the shower. I scrubbed my body for a while then got out. I lotioned down my body before slipping on my underwear and bra. I slipped on a large white shirt that belonged to my stepbrother Demarco from when he slept over a while ago. I put my hair in a high ponytail before jumping into my bed. I looked over to the side Shaud used to sleep on and wondered where he went. He hadn't tried to contact me since he left so I'm guessing he's moved on not that I had a problem with that. I was drifting off to sleep when I heard knocking on the door.

"What the hell?" I mumbled to myself before dragging my feet downstairs.

I couldn't reach the peephole and it was a good neighborhood so I just opened the door.

"Wassup Journey?" He said turning to face me. My voice was stuck in my throat.

"Shaud w-w-what are you doing here?" I stuttered as he made me back up into the house."

"I missed you."He said into the crook of my neck. I felt him frown against my neck.

"Who shirt you got on?"  He said pinching the sleeve of the white shirt.
