"Why you so fine Jo?" Kenya said as I spun around in my mirror.

Now we were going to the club and my mom took all the kids. I wore a yellow body con dress colorful shoes and a pink clutch. I Curled my red hair. Kenya had left and came back with her clothes so we got ready here. It was just gonna be me her and Nicki because it'll be more fun with us girls.

"My cousin coming Jo." I nodded.

"What's her name?"

"HIS name is Kendrick." I looked at her and sighed.

"I thought it was just gonna be a girl's thing."

"I know but...he's single-"

"Unt uhh you are not a damn match maker."

"Journey he is so fine and he's a football player."

Just then Nicki peeled into the room asking us if we were ready. We nodded and we walked out the room.

We pulled up to the club and it was packed.

"Where your cousin?" Nicki asked Kenya as we entered the club.

"He's somewhere in here." Kenya yelled over the music.

We made our way over to the VIP section. Being models had its perks.

"Cuzzo" we heard someone yell. We turned around and there was kendrick. He was beyond fine.

"Hey cuz." She said hugging him."this is Nicki and this is the birthday girl Journey."

"How y'all doing happy birthday Journey." He smirked at me.

"We're good and thank you." I replied.

He nodded.

"We have a birthday girl in here tonight. Journey Simmons. Model and the face of Nakeddd." The dj yelled stopping the music.

"Come up here girl." I smiled and made my way to the dj stand. The crowd erupted in applause.

"Thank you guys I appreciate it, really."

"I seen you with Kendrick Hall? Y'all together?" The dj asked slyly looking over to Kendrick. Kendrick just chuckled and shook his head.

"No, he's a friend." I laughed.

"Oh ok well let's turn up for the birthday girl." He turned the music back on and I made my way down.

"Oh so I see you on you grown lady shit." Kendrick said pulling his chin hair.

"Always" I laughed.

"Well how about a dance?" I nodded and smiled.

He grabbed my hands and pulled me to the middle of the floor.

They began to play TLC by Sy Ari Da Kid so he pressed himself against me as he held my waist.

"So your a football player?" I said sparking conversation. He nodded.

"Your not the only one doing big things." He said making me laugh.
