I loved Rain even more when she came to breakfast with me, I really wanted us to last, so she'd have to get along with the guys. Walking in, I realized the guys didn't have girls with them today. When we sat at the table all attention was on us.

"Um. Hi." Ray said to Rain awkwardly.

"Hi." She replied.

"So you sit with us now?" Pod asked.

She shrugged and straightened her back.

"Well." Prod continued. "What if I said I didn't want you sitting here?"

It made me mad to see the look on Rain's face. She already felt unwated, but Prod just had to SAY it.

"Aye man. What the hell is wrong with you?" I asked Prod.

"What's wrong with me is you know we can't stand her and you have the nerve to let her sit with us."

"First of all. I didn't just LET her, I ASKED her to sit here. With my FRIENDS. But if ya'll wanna act like this screw you! If you won't let her sit here then I'm gone too."

"Roc chill man." Princeton chimed in.

"Don't tell me what to do."

Rain stood before I could.

"You. All three of you are the worst human beings I have EVER known. YOU tried to make my life a living hell, YOU all have put me in the hospital what like 5 times? I gave you a chance to BETTER yourselves and get rid of your gulit, but if you don't even feel guilty then I damn sure could care less about any of you. All I want is Roc, I didn't need to give you three a second chance, but I did because you're his bestfriends. Well I don't care anymore. You blew it."

She walked out, didn't run.

"Are you guys happy now? Look at what you did! Damn don't you understand that I care about her!? I'm ganna spend forever trying to make her trust me and you guys just ruined what little progress I made."

I looked at all three of them before going off to search for Rain. I found her outside of the library crying into Angie's arms.  Angie glared at me when I reached them.

"God Roc just leave her alone! You're never happy are you!?" She yelled.

I pulled Rain off of her and she just started to cry into my chest.

"Look Angie I know you aren't my number one fan."

"Tuh. Got that right."

"And i'm grateful that you love Rain so much, I know you're her bestfriend, but I'm her boyfriend now ok?"

"So...what that means you're more important?"

"I'm not saying that! I'm just saying that I know you'll always be there for her, but sometimes I need to be."

"Rain do you want me to go?" Angie asked. She shook her head.

"You want me to go?" I asked.

She pulled away and nodded. Feeling hurt I turned and walked away, leaving her with Angie.

Our relationship will never be easy.
