I held her close to me as we tried to even out our breathing. I smiled at her and she blushed.

"What?" She asked.

"Oh nothing."

"Nooo tell me!" She wined.

"I was just thinking...maybe it is better when you're in love cuz what just happened...never felt like that before."

She smiled shyly and and pulled the sheet closer to her neck.

"I've already seen you, why hide now?"

She shrugged and I laughed, tugging at the top of the sheet. "C'mon." I said.

She giggled a little and hit my hands away. "Leave me alone."

I smirked at her. "So now you don't want me anymore. Hoe." I joked.

She laughed and hit my stomach with her good arm.

"Oh yeah..." I said.

"What?"

"Did I hurt you?"

She blushed again and squirmed slightly.

"Uh Rain, I meant your arm."

"Oh! Well um...sometimes, but no biggy."

I nodded and then wondered if I did hurt another part of her, but I could tell she was already shy to talk about what happened so I didn't ask. We layed close together beneath our seperate sheets and I watched how often she would look at me and randomly smile. With girls from the past I would never have cared, but with Rain I didn't want to...uh...dissapointment.

"Roc." She said quietly.

"Hmm?"

"Was I um, ya know, like, ok?"

Now I was the one feeling awkward and blushing. I moved even closer to her and smiled before pecking her lips.

"Ok? You were great."

She smiled at me and we laughed together.

"Now what do you want to do?"

"Honestly?" She asked.

"Yup."

"I'm really hot, and tired. So sleep?"

I nodded, also feeling tired. I wrapped my arm over her and she put her face in my chest then I tucked my other arm under her and rubbed her bare back, her chest still covered and hidden from my view. She fell asleep quickly, but I was thinking about how mad I was at Ray. The nerve of him to hurt my baby! The anger entered me again, but I kept my cool because after all Rain was in my arms and may not have enjoyed the feeling of two clenched fists against her back. Ray was ganna get his and I was ganna make sure of it.
