*ROC*

When I told her to kiss me yesterday I honestly thought she'd refuse. I didn't think she'd actually do it, or that I would end up kissing back. One thing's for sure. I can't wait to see her today. I hope she isn't mad about Prod pushing her dowm the stairs today...I couldn't do anything! Ok...maybe I could have, but I didn't.

When the doorbell rang I yelled to my mom that I got it and ran downstairs. I opened the door and there she was. She wore red basketball shorts and a black tank top. Is it bad that I still found her attractive?

"Hi Rain." I greeted her.

"Hey Roc" she replied.

She stepped inside and as soon as the door shut my hands found her waist.

"Do I need to take your phone again? Or can this just happen?"

She laughed tilting her head upwards to kiss me, but stopped and frowned. She was almost on her tippy toes and I found it to be cute. I'm not even that tall, she's just short. She pulled away and I just pecked her lips before leading her upstairs.

"What's the next step of the project?" I asked.

"We have to glue on the 'particles' aka the footballs to match the arrangements in a solid, liquid, and gas." She said coldly.

I raised an eyebrow and she opened the textbook which was on my bed, and flipped to the needed page which had a diagram of each state of matter.

"See? In a solid they're close, but uniform in a liquid they're more distant and randomly placed. In a gas they're just kind of...everywhere."

"Oh. Got it." I lied.

I handed her a ziplock bag of the plastic footballs and she spread them out on the floor, taking a platform and the hot glue gun.

"I'll do solid, you do liquid and we can work together on gas k?"

"K. Hurry." I said.

"Wait why?"

"Duh. So we can hurry up and work togther."

She tried not to but she laughed and rolled her eyes. "Oh whatever Roc."

We worked with only the sounds of the glue gun trigger clicking and the faint sound of my TV. I was worried about tommorow. School. What should I do? Act like normal...or be nice to her? I thought about that the whole times she was here and our time together flew by.

"So after school tommorow I'll come by and we can finish up."

"Yes ma'am." I laughed. "I'll walk you down."

"Thanks."

She put her phone in her pocket and I followed her down the stairs.

"Bye." She said, reaching for the knob.

I pulled her back and smiled.

"Bye beautiful."

Our lips touched and I felt the same sparks I felt before. Only with her have I ever felt this and I looked forward to after school only because it meant we'd kiss again.

"Oh so now I'm beautiful?"

I smirked. "Always were." I pecked her lips. "Bye Rain."

"Bye Roc."

I shut the door frowning. Ugh. School tommorow! :/

--Next Day--

I didn't go to 1st period because I was skipping with Prince. I wondered if Rain would be sad to see me not beside her. At lunch she was different. I mean she acted different. A new girl had come last week and she was now sitting and talking with Rain...I guessed they were friends.

"Dang." Prodigy said. "Look at how her stomach shows in that shirt."

I fought the urge to snap at him. Don't talk about or even look at Rain! She's mine!

"Yeah I know Prod. Never noticed shawty had a body. Guess you don't focus on it when she's crying at the bottom of the stairs." Ray laughed.

Ugh! I sat there slowly eating my fries. Stop looking at her!

"Well." Prod said standing. "Loner or not she's a loser and I haven't done anything to her today. That needs to be adressed."

Prod walked towards her table and unfortunately the rest of the guys...and me, followed him.

"Aye." Prod said.

She looked at me and smiled. "Hey Roc."

I just looked down and Prod laughed. "Girl don't smile. He don't want you."

Rain's smile disaapeared and the new girl spoke.

"Go the hell away. Prod leave Rain alone."

Ray laughed. "Dang Rain, can't fight your own battles anymore? Now you need a body guard?"

She stood and glared at Ray and Prod. When she realized I wasn't ganna do anything she shook her head at me.

"Come on Angie."

Her and new girl walked away, leaving Princeton and Ray laughing hysterically, Prod and I stood in shock. Rain actually did something. She walked away, she didn't stay and take our bull like usual. I was proud of her.
