My name is John Smith and my food addiction defeated me last time. I am coming back to try to lose weight again. Nothing complex. I am simply going to keep my calorie intake at or below 1200 calories a day. I will post 3 official reports a week and as many follow-ups as needed to keep me on track. I will detail my struggles with food and will post a video with a scale weigh in on the official reports. I have diabetes and heart disease and need to get control of my eating before it kills me. I currently weigh 330 lbs. I used to weigh 433 lbs. at my biggest. I plan to lose 100 lbs. before this is over.
