Sorry for all the Seamus POV, but I like writing from his perspective :P

»Seamus' POV«

Merel and I were walking through the Seattle airport, in search for a familiar face.

"ASSHOLES!" A giggly voice yelled around the corner.

We both exchanged small smiles and followed the tone of Eddie's complaining. He, along with the others, were there waiting for us.

"S'up fuckers?" I said, giving Eddie a shock.

He did a little jump turn and yelled my name.

"SEAMUS!" He cheered.

Eddie stopped and looked me up and down. A small smile grew on his face.

"Like the new look." He complimented.

"Actually, it's kinda an old look. This is how I looked in high school."

"Woah," Sophia interrupted. "It's creepy to see you this way.... but I like it."

"Feels good to be old me." I replied. "Now, can we get to the hotel? I'm tired as hell."

"Yeah, I'm pooped." Eddie said and turns to walk.

We all followed his lead. Sophia was about the only one hyper, and that's only because she drank Monster right after they landed. By the time we got to the hotel even she crashed.

I watched Merel as she stretched her back, and I cringed at the noise of her spine popping. That sound gives me chills, but my grossing out made her laugh.

"Are you ever gonna get used to that?" She asked.

"Probably not. It's gross."

"How can you not cringe when you listen to bones break, but you gross out at bones popping? I mean, you even had a chest tattoo and listened to the needle against your bone."

I shrugged. "I don't know. Although, I have been considering getting my tattoo's again."

I had tattoo's before, but Ashely felt uncomfortable with it, considering many of them were connected to Merel. I actually spent the money to get them removed. Now I miss having them as a part of me. It was like a little reminder of Merel for when she wasn't by my side.

She looked at me with a cocked eyebrow. "Why, all the sudden, are you going back to the old you?"

"Being with you makes me miss who I once was," I replied. "But I swear, I'll only let the good come back, okay beautiful?"

Merel sighed. "Okay."

"What's wrong? Do you... not want me to be like this?" I asked.

It took her a second to collect the right thoughts. She pulled her hair behind her ear and took a hard swallow.

"No, no." She said. "I love this side of you. I miss this side of you. I'm just very scared that with the old you around, my old habits will come back."

I stood up and walked over to her. My arms found their way around her. It was such a perfect fit.

"Don't you ever worry about that. I would never let that happen, to either of us." I kissed her forehead. "You wanna get ready for bed?"

She tiredly nodded. We both had a long week, or rather a long couple of weeks. Merel fell into her pillow, and I placed my hands on her waist. She giggled and snuggled up against me. Tomorrow I'm bringing her around fans for the first time.... God, that's gonna be nerve racking.
