Kai’s POV: (I know some of you have been waiting for it)
Running. All I know is that I am running. Not sure why or where to? I look around me and see nothing, absolutely nothing. I am running on a long and endless road with blue bare skies. I tried to stop, but my feet keep going. Finally they halt when a figure appears in front of me. The mysterious figure was tall and skinny with long flowing hair. I couldn’t see the person’s face, but I recognized who it was when she started to laugh maniacally.
“Thought you could escape and forget me huh?” She laughed. I tried to turn and run, but my feet were planted to the ground. No, I don’t want to be here, anywhere but here. She slowly came towards me and with each step I felt my heart beat faster. “You can never escape me Kim Jong In.”
My eyes grew as she stood right in front of me. She placed her hands on my shoulder and I tried to move my arms to push her away, but just like the rest of me, they were frozen. I cleared my throat and tried to speak.
“Please.” I whispered.
“That’s right baby, beg for me.” She grinned as her nails began to dig into my skin. I winced and shook my head no.
“Please, get away from me.” I tried to speak up, but it came out as a whisper. She leaned in closer, giving me a look at her facial features. She glared at me.
“I really don’t like the new girl Jongin. You have to get rid of her, before I do.” My eyes grew at the mention of Maddi. “She is cute, but do you really think she could replace me? No one can replace me, so get rid of her!” I stepped back finally feeling my legs. She just pulled me into her arms.
“Let go of me!” I placed my hands on her waist, but couldn’t find the strength to pull away. It was like I had no more energy.
“I am sorry for yelling hyunnie. Please forgive me. Let me come back to you, I will be so much better. I will be a lot better than that wanna be.” I growled and finally pulled away.
“Don’t talk about her like that! I love her!” She scolded me, but laughed.
“Love her? She doesn’t even know the real you, does she? Once she finds out, she will leave you. I won’t though; I will always be here for you. Please, let me love you again.” She grabbed my face with both her hands and leaned her face towards me. I tried to pull away but she just dug her nails deeper into my cheek. I winced at the pain and could see the blood on her fingers.
She crashed her lips onto mine, but I didn’t respond back. She didn’t like that, so she bit my lip and kissed me harder. This is how she always was; violent, clingy, and two-faced. I hated it. I wanted to get away, far away from her. I pushed her away again and earned a slapped from her when I did. My face was on fire from all the pain she had given me.
“Fine. If you want to play hard, then I will play hard. This isn’t the last you have seen from me Kim Jongin!” She laughed evilly as she vanished into the night.
I woke up with her laughter still ringing into my ears. I rubbed my eyes and tried to push away what I wish was just a dream. That’s right, this really did happen to me. It happened two days ago, when I went to go get Baekhyun some much “needed” lollipops. It was about 9 o’clock at night, but I was nice enough to go get him some. Big mistake.
I groaned and got out of bed. I head to the bathroom and glance at the mirror. I washed my face, trying to wash the sleep off, and brushed my teeth. When I finished I made my way out to the kitchen. It was still pretty early, so no one was up yet. Today was our day off, but I planned on finishing up the new song today.
