Michael's POV:

I knew that I shouldn't have let her go alone. Now I've lost her......the Professor was wrong. I wonder if I could find her on my own. I have been sitting here waiting for her for a half hour, the errands the professor gave me took all of five minutes but they were on the opposite end of the city. I know he did it on purpose and now she's gone.I'm about to just start the car and drive around looking for her. I can't stand just sitting here doing nothing.

"BOO!"

"What the?!?!"

I jump in my seat and start to get angry that she scared me on purpose, but then I see her smiling and I hear her laugh, and any anger that I had felt is gone for good. I can't help by join her in laughing, at my own reaction.

"Oh did I scare you? Haha."

"Nooo, you didn't scare me. I was just surprised that's all. If you're ready to go, I made a reservation at a restaurant for dinner."

"Uhuh sure haha. Dinner sounds nice though, let's go I'm so hungry I could probably eat you! haha"

Her laugh is the most beautiful sound that I think I have ever heard. Like a bunch of musical bells ringing and singing at once. I can't help but laugh with her as I put the crutches in the back of the car. I hope this night lasts forever.

Kat's POV:

He puts the crutches in the back of the car, and I can't help but be hit with his scent. So much stronger this soon after drinking. He gets in the car and smiles at me, I smile back but have to keep myself from licking my lips at the thought of how good he smells. This is going to be a long, long night.

"Hey, uh....you like Italian food right? Because the reservation I made was at this little restaurant called Angelos. If you don't then we can eat somewhere else it's no problem I swear!"

He really is adorable when he is nervous about something. I can feel my heart melt each time he seems worried about pleasing me. It's because he is perfect for us. Maybe he is.

"No, I like Italian. That sounds great."

"Oh, good. Some people don't so I was worried when I chose it but it has some of the best pasta dishes in the whole city, I promise."

"Michael, are you worried that if I don't like the restaurant choice I will leave after the movie haha?"

"Haha no.....but I am worried that you'll leave sooner than I want you to."

He parks the car in the small parking lot with us both blushing a little at his answer. We will never leave. Never say never Crescent, you should know that. Hmmpph.

"Well, when do you want me to leave?"

"Never."

I see his face turn bright red as he hurriedly gets out of the car and grabs the crutches. He opens my door and helps me out of the car before offering me his arm. We walk towards the restaurant in silence, but it's a happy if maybe slightly embarrassed silence.

We walk into the building and it does smell good, though not as good as him, and an older guy meets us at the door. He's a plump looking fellow with a giant smile on his face as he walks towards us with his hands open in a wide arch.

"Welcome to Angelos! Ah! Hello Michael, we have not seen you in a while. How have you been my friend? And who do you have with you tonight? Ah a new lady friend I see haha."

I stare at Michael a little. Crescent and I are both becoming slightly put off with him. He brought someone else here before. How could he?! He is ours!  For once, in a long time, I don't tell her to be quiet because I agree. I may not yet know for sure if I can stay with him, but I'm already possessive as hell over him. He is ours.
