Recap-

There was a lot of pushing and shoving, how didn't the drunk elves wake up?

Bilbo then started to count the barrels, making sure we were all in.

"What do we do now?" Bofur asked

Everyone peaked out of their own barrel, me included.

"....Hold your breath."

And sighed as he pulled the lever.

"Hold my breath? What do you mean?"

"Ahhh!~" We screamed in unison..

And then we plopped into the river.

Bilbo shortly came falling down also

Nori caught him, luckily.

"Well done master Baggins." Adad said happily.

"Go! Come on lets go!" Dwalin ordered.

"Hold on!"

"Ah crap.."

Rapids were ahead of us.

And, the Elves were now approaching us. Fantastic.

A horn sounded...

Worried faces could be seen all over.

The gate was closing

"No!" Adad yelled grabbing the bars and rattling them.

Then, an arrow pierced an elf above us.

"What, just happened?" I spoke, scared. 'An elf wouldn't injure one of their own.'

An ugly orc showed up minutes later. Then many more appeared. And we're weaponless. Great...

Bolg yelled- "Slay them all!" Yeah, thanks but no thanks. I had no choice. I had to use magic. If I was discovered, so be it.

I asked Mother Earth "please help me protect my family, my kin." Then, once again focused my energy on what was around me, the living things. Small plants, water, trees, grass... Any and everything. I focused on the trees' branches, willed them to move. To wrap around the evil beings. It hurt, and drained me once again. But was worth it. They were safe and protected from the evil beings - for now. But, Bolg had escaped the branches.

And, I was now discovered by Tauriel and Legolas.

I saw Fili climb up to reach the lever, as he was reaching for it Bolg hit him with an arrow in the chest.

"Fili!" Adad, Kili and I screamed.

It made him cry out and tumble to the ground. But he managed to pull it all the same before he jumped into his barrel again - and broke the shaft.

I immediately started to go through herbs, and things that I'll need to help him. My brain was on over-load.

'Athelas will be needed Goldenseal also...'

Tauriel would glance at me every now and then, along with Legolas, 'Would they let me go?'

"After them!" Bolg yelled to his remaining Orcs, which weren't many. As we went tumbling down the rapids.

'I couldn't stop him if I wanted to. Way too drained.'

I looked behind, and saw the Elves - Legolas and Tauriel running slightly behind us jumping to avoid obstacles with incredible agility, while killing orcs. Basically.... They were saving our lives.

An orc was just about to kill Balin, Adad saw it and threw an Axe he snagged along the way, pinning the orc to the tree branch.

'Well that was creative, and fast thinking.'

They then began to toss weapons around. Adad to Nori, to Fili, who killed another one... Basically it was fast thinking once again.

"Cut the log!" Thorin ordered.

Three cuts later, it went tumbling in the water along with five orcs.

'Where did they all come from?'

One landed on Bombur's barrel, making a spear go through it and tossing him through the air. He rolled along the shore knocking several Orcs off their feet. But his barrel was getting severely damaged. I saw him stand up and punch his arms through the barrel with ax's in each hand. Fighting like a ninja, before jumping into another barrel.

Minutes later...

I bursted out laughing when Legolas jumped on two of the Dwarves heads then began firing arrows. He removed one foot, and spun looking like he was dancing - sort of. Then began to jump from dwarf to dwarf. Finally landing on my head.. Then jumping to the shore, and used an Orc to slide down the hill. And~ Back to using us as rocks to skip on.

Adad saved his life by throwing an orc-ax at one behind him.

I heard Legolas yell to me "kela auta yassen lle nosse, Namaarie, kuruni." I stared, shocked. Mentally translating it "Go, leave with your kin, farewell, witch." 'He was letting us... me go?' I managed to reply "Diola lle, Legolas." I'm sure he heard over the rushing water with his elven hearing "Thank you, Legolas."

But, we were still in danger - the hunters weren't far behind.
