Chapter 27: I Don't Want To See You Like This

She was blowing O's with the smoke. She was really good at it. Jade seemed really fucked up, I wondered if she took anything. "I think I'm gonna go check on her" Naomi said before putting out her cigarette. "I'll wait out here" I said sitting on the stairs of the porch. She went inside and I looked back at her. I had just started to notice how beautiful she really was. I've known her for forever now and I had yet to take a second to realize how beautiful she really was.

I finished my cigarette and waiting for Naomi to come back. She was taking awhile but I decided to wait. Eventually she came back outside with Jade with her. "Tommy, she took acid!" She spoke, concern in her voice. I got up immediately. "We don't know what else she's taken" She said again. I looked in to Jades eyes, sure enough, they were dilated. She was fucked up. "Jesus fucking Christ Jade" I spoke calmly. "Tommy! Tommy your face" She spoke quickly poking my face.

I made her sit down and she was talking to herself. "Tommy I'm really hurt. Like really hurt" She spoke quickly again. She was talking out of her ass. I wrapped my arm around Naomi, tiredly. I was ready to go home and just sleep. Jade was gonna be fucked up for hours though.

Brendan started walking back from where ever him and Tess were and he looked ready to go home and sleep as well. "Naomi, you should go get your brother so we can leave. Jade needs to go home" I said, she nodded, walking inside to go get her brother. "What's wrong with Jade?" Brendan asked. "She's all fucked up on drugs" I say coldly. I just didn't really want to talk to Brendan but he's still my brother. "I am not fucked up! I'm really fucking happy! Fuck you Tommy!" Jade yelled behind me. There was something about seeing her like this that made me sad. I knew she wasn't happy.
