I sat down and ate the pancakes that Joel made. Something seemed a bit off with Jade and Naomi. Almost like they were hiding something. I shrugged it off. Jade got up, "I'm go to the house and grab a few things, I'll be back." She mumbled. None of us thought much about it, pop was usually out of the house on Saturdays, probably at the bar.

She didn't finish her food. It kind of surprised me, considering she eats like a man. She was just being wierd and I didn't know what was going on with her. It seemed like Naomi knew what was up, I'll ask her later.

Jade left and me and Joel starting playing video games. He always beat me at them though. Funny enough, he was better then me at fighting games. I guess video games weren't really my forte. Naomi sat next to me and watched us play.

It was taking Jade a while and I was honestly beginning to get worried. I waiting patiently, playing games with Joel. I could tell Naomi was getting nervous as well.

Maybe she was looking for shit. I'm sure she's fine. She's tough, she can handle herself, right? Yeah, she's fine.  I handed the controller to Naomi and sat with Brendan. "Do you notice something off with Jade?" I mumble to him. He shook his head. Maybe I could ask her when she gets back. If something was wrong, I wanted her to be able to tell me.

I sat outside Naomi's front yard and waited for Jade to get back. It's been a while now, if she's not back soon, I'm going back to the house. I grabbed one of the cigarettes Naomi gave me and lit it, inhaling the smoke. I sat there and waited patiently.
