The Justice League treaded along a dirt path hidden in the dense vegetation to reach the mansion. Batman had gotten ahead of the heroes and reached the door.

He knocked on the door and now stood waiting for an answer. Once it was opened, an elderly man around his 70s dressed in a tuxedo stood in front of the Dark Knight.

"Just in time, Master Bruce. Please do come in. As well as all of you, night will be arriving shortly." The man greeted the heroes inside, moving out of the way for them to enter.

Batman smiled at the sight of his longtime butler and who has become a father figure, Alfred Pennyworth.

"Thank you, Alfred. I believe everything is in order for our stay then?" Bruce Wayne entered the home, followed by the rest of the League.

"I can assure you, Master Bruce, that I had all the preparations made as ordered. Everyone has a room of there own, sir. The door shall have their name." The butler replied, leading the heroes towards the living room.

The room had an elegant design. It was quite spacious with a decorative fireplace in front of the giant spiral-shaped couch. Two chandeliers hung from the ceiling, emitting a golden colored light.

Some of the heroes like Vigilante, Green Arrow, Black Canary, and a few others sat in the couch.

Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Giganta, Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl, and Doctor Fate decided to remain standing.

"This looks more like a honeymoon retreat than an operating base, Bruce. Sure you didn't confuse the location?" Batgirl commented, looking at the Dark Knight.

"Yes, Barbara. While we deal with this problem this is our operating location." The Dark Knight replied. "But where we discuss our meetings is down here."

Batman moved a painting of him and his parents to the side, revealing a keypad. He typed in the code which made the fireplace retract. A set of stairs was now present leading to a lair similar to the Batcave.

"Might I offer any refreshments before you leave to tend business?" Alfred offered the heroes.

"Not now, Alfred, but thank you for the offer." Batman declined. "Let's head down."

The Dark Knight began walking down the stairs. The rest of the heroes followed him down to the lair.

A Batwing and Javelin were stationed at the far end of the base. A giant computer was in the middle of the base with a long, rectangular table near the it along with the chairs.

Having taken a seat, the heroes turned their attention to Batman who powered on the computer.

When it powered on, the computer went straight to a file. "Time to inform of the situation." Batman stated as he opened the file.

"That public execution held a few days back concluded the hunt on our heads for now." The Dark Knight declared to begin.

"With Warstrom officially announcing themselves, we already have an idea who leads. Luckily, while we hid in the Tower of Fate, I managed to retrieve useful information about the operation."
