Chapter 20: The Enemy of My Enemy

   It was in a cell where a young, blonde woman lays on a hard mattres on a cold, metal floor. She dresses in an orange jumpsuit with handcuffs around her wrist.

   The walls around her cell eminated a green glow. The blonde woman was thinking back to the moment that led to this. After an attack led on the Hall of Justice, she was beaten and all went dark. When she woke, she found herself in the cell she's in now.

   She marked on the wall seven in tally, for she's been counting the days being locked in the cell.

   Her reminiscing came to an end as she saw the cell door being opened by a man dressed in a researcher cloak.

  "I hope you're enjoying the marvelous stay in the cell designed just for you, Kara Zor-El. Or do you prefer Supergirl?"

   The man grinned as he was joined by two members of the Suicide Squad, Doctor Light and Blockbuster. He revealed her to be none other than the Woman of Steel, Supergirl.

  "Let me go, Hills." Kara grunted, glaring at Hills. She felt weak and tired.

   Blockbuster pressed his foot on Supergirl's stomach, pinning her down. "Girl no go anywhere." The brute chuckled.

  "You know I can't do that, child. With you, the magician, and the pyrokinetic here, we've got one less problem to deal with." Hills replied, bending down to her level.

  "Also, I can conduct more research on the three of you, clearly for our benefits."

   He used his hand to move a curl of hair behind Kara's ear and smirked. Supergirl tried moving but Blockbuster's pinned her in place.

  "Don't bother, the Kryptonite is enough to weaken but not kill." Brian Hills said, pointing to all the green glow around the cell.

  "You won't get away with this, you son of a bitch." The Woman of Steel spat at him. "My cousin will rescue me."

Brian Hills laughed as he ordered for the brute to remove his foot. "You incompetent nitwit, he doesn't even know you're here." He got up and exited out of the cell, locking it.

Doctor Light yawned, losing interest in the conversation Hills was having with Supergirl. He soon noticed Zatanna locked in a cell across the room.

A malicious grin plastered his face as he walked towards her. "Zatanna, remember me?" Light asked, opening her cell and walked inside.

Zatanna was gagged to prevent her from speaking and had her hands cuffed. Her eyes went wide with fear as Doctor Light closed in.

"Because I do and perfectly. You mind-wiped me! Turned me into a complete humiliation after having 'hurt' Sue Dibny all those years back."

  "How about this time.." Arthur Light unzipped his pants as he approached her. "I 'hurt' you."

  "Mhm! Mhm!" Zatanna cried while muffled, tears fiercely streaming down her face as she was about to be Doctor Light's next rape victim.

Doctor Light gripped on her clothing as he licked his lips. "Honestly I prefer your outfit, it's always provoked me. Especially the stockings." He whispered in her ear.
