Chapter 32

I stood there not being able to speak or move.

"Yes I will marry you", I said.

He put the ring on my finger and pressed his lips against mine. Everyone clapped and cheered for us.

"Come on. I have some people I want you to meet", he said.

A couple of hours later I had met a few of Cole's friends. He wrapped his arms around my waist and breathed in my neck. He kissed my cheek walked to a group of people that he knew. I was left standing there alone. My hair had fallen out of it's curls and my makeup was fading but it wasn't messed up. Good thing to cause I did not feel like being in a chair for another six hours. Everyone had calmed down a little bit and had their drinks. Cole motioned me to follow him up to the stage and we linked arms. He tapped the microphone and everyone looked at us.

"Attention everyone. The evening is coming to end in a few short minutes. So to end the evening, Isabel would like the band to play a song of her choice", he said.

"Have him play 'Set It Off'. It's a good one. Trust me", I said.

He got off the stage with me following close behind him. He whispered into the lead's ear and he gave Cole a thumbs up. The music began to play and everyone began to dance. We got back on the stage and began to dance with each other. Incase you're wondering it's not the end of my story. There's much more to this story. Don't worry, we will get married and Cole's coronation will come but that's another story to be told.
