LIZ'S POV
"Move! Move! Move aside!" Briana says as we push our way through people and into the studio infirmary.
"Briana this isn't necessary. I'm okay trust me. Just a little winded." I say to her as she pushes out a chair and makes me sit on it.
"Winded? Liz since when do you get winded? Especially when you're dancing. You're Liz freaking Jonas. Dancing is as easy as walking for you." Briana says as I shake my head.
"Why do you always refer to me as Liz freaking Jonas. You're starting to give me a headache." I say to her as I rub my temple.
"I know what's going on. Remember I took AP Medical Education last school year." Briana says as I stand up from the chair.
"Great if you took Medical Education you know I don't need to be here." I say storming out of the room.
"Liz!" Briana says yelling after me as I stop and turn to hear what she has to say. "I'm not an idiot. I know what's going on. Lately you haven't been yourself and I'm worried." She adds as I shrug my shoulders.
"No one has been feeling themselves. These past couple of days there's been so much tension at home and I just don't like it. It's kind of stressing me out." I say to her as she nods.
"Well that's good to hear but I wasn't exactly talking about that." She says as I look at her confused. "You've been getting headaches more often, you get annoyed easily and you've been looking paler than you usually do." Briana says as I shrug my shoulders.
"I'm sorry maybe I should go in the sun more." I say to her as she shakes her head.
"Liz, you've been fasting. Skipping meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner." Briana says as I shake my head.
"I know what fasting is you don't need to give me the entire definition." I say as she raises her eyebrows and I finally notice how I was talking to her with attitude.
"Is this because the producer said you weren't the perfect image?" Briana asks me as I sigh. "Why am I even asking? Of course it's about that." She says as I shake my head.
"I don't know what to do anymore. Everything has been out of control. The least I could do is stay loyal to this project." I say as she looks at me in disbelief.
"You want to stay loyal to this project? This project is forcing you to make all the wrong decision." Briana says as this point we're both arguing loudly.
"Then what am I suppose to do?" I say to her as she takes a deep breath in.
"Quit obviously." She says as I stay quiet and look at her. "I'm not going to just watch my best friend make herself sick." She adds before walking away.
NORMAL POV
"Okay stop!" Someone says as they come into the dance room where Liz and the Camp Rock dancers were rehearsing for the tour.
"Who is that?" Alyson Stoner, one of Liz's best friend, says as they stand next to each other.
"Oh great." Liz says taking a deep breath. "Guys take 5." She says to everyone as they nod and disperse into small groups. "Can I help you?" She asks the producer as she gives Liz a dry chuckle.
"You missed rehearsal. It was very important. We made changes to some things and now you don't know about them." She responds as Liz looks at her confused.
"Rehearsal? No. There wasn't any rehearsal scheduled today." Liz says as she runs over to her phone to check the schedule she had typed up on her phone.
"I sent an email to everyone saying there was a unplanned rehearsal today. Clearly this seems to be more important." The producer says as Liz shakes her head.
"It is more important because you're not here." Liz says as the producer from hell raises her eyebrows.
"That's some way to talk to someone who is technically your boss. You can be unemployed like that." She says as she snaps her fingers.
"Unemployed means I have no job. Which clearly is impossible. As you can see right now I'm doing my other job one where I'm not being bullied." Liz says as everyone in the room freezes.
"I knew it was you who filed that report against me." She says furiously as Liz takes a deep breath and stands confidently.
"What was I suppose to do? Let you make rude and unnecessary comments about my weight." Liz says as everyone in the room exchanges looks.
"That is the only way I can make this movie the best that it could be. You really think viewers want to see someone who isn't the correct size." She responds as they hear the door slam shut. Everyone's head snaps to the door where the president of the company, Gary Marsh, is standing.
"I'm glad I heard that." He says as everyone turns their attention to him. "Dancers I bet you could use a snack from craft services." He adds as everyone nods and piles out of the behaviors and I'm not happy with you." He says interrupting her as Liz plays with her fingers.
"What am I suppose to do let her be on my movie and look like that? Haven't you realized that Hollywood has a specific way girls should look?" She says as he shakes his head.
"We don't need to follow the trends Hollywood has set. Liz is one of the talented people here and her looks are just fine." He says as Liz begins to feel uncomfortable.
"I have something to say." Liz says as they both look at her. "I have made the decision and I'm not interested in being in your movie anymore." She says to the producer as she has a straight face. "Excuse me." She adds walking to the door and leaving the room.
